The food took about 15 minutes to prep and appear at our table. The servers checked on us frequently. We ordered breaded tenderloin sandwiches with onion rings. One of the servers told us that the pork was locally sourced and hand battered. Other regulars, next to us, recommended the onion rings as a side. The tenderloin was not pounded thin, but thick and juicy. The breading was light and flavorful. The bun did not hold up well, but it was fresh. The onion rings were amazing. The helping was generous and the breading was a light beer batter. It was a great meal made with local ingredients. The building is smoke free, but there is a patio that appears to allow smoking behind the main building. The rest rooms were super clean. The three person crew steady taking orders and making them, performing very well together, no delays in getting the order done. I believe all the sub are 8", check to be sure. I got a Cuban sandwich with chips and a drink. The bread is fantastic, the sub was delicious, toasted in a panini press. But my issue was the pulled pork was not warm and the cheese was not fully melted. I'm thinking they might want to warm the pulled pork up then put it in the sub then put it in the panini press otherwise you end up with a cold middle. The country of Cuba is not cold in the middle, nor should the sandwich named for the country. This one issue would not stop me from going back, it's just a small issue they need to work on to go from a good Cuban sandwich to a Fantastic one.
