When we had went to pick it up the three women working argued over whether or not the sub was made correctly because two claimed it was plain while one said the sub was made how it had been ordered. My grandma assumed it was correct and figured if it was plain that would be fine. Never once did one of them mention it might have everything on it so she assumed there was no reason to check it, because whether it was plain or whether it had the mayo would be fine. When my grandmother saw all that was on the sandwich and called the woman transferred her to the manager. We drove back down and as soon as my grandmother got inside one woman said "i told you it was wrong" continuing to argue with my grandmother. The woman who previously stated the sandwich was made correct concluded they had put the wrong sandwich in her bag and made it correct. The woman working the cash register is extremely rude and has been rude every time something has been wrong, which is frequently.

He doesn't just greet customers, he engages and entertains them. Within minutes, we felt we were talking to an old friend we just hadn't seen in a while. Jeff takes great pride in his food and challenges you to prove him wrong. He was open to changes, too, and then, as we finished, came out to see if it lived up to his bragging, and it did! Honestly, this is the kind of place we wish were closer so we could become regulars, and Jeff was the kind of business owner you want to get to know and become friends with. Went for the pretzel which too wasn't the typically dry, hard, experience that requires incisor driven tearing to eat. I include a picture from the bathroom, definitely a first. But hanging on the inside of the door was a Scandinavia style high chair to have kiddos sit when you are otherwise occupied in this spotless bathroom. The pizza, however, is great and it's easily one of the top two of the pizza restaurant chains. Papa John's is the other favorite among our household and folks we know, but some of our friends favor Domino's over Papa John's. The ingredients and indeed every single component of a modern Domino's pizza is a dramatic improvement over the ketchup and cardboard of the chain during the twentieth century, and the hand-tossed crust gets brushed with garlic butter and seasoning which tastes fantastic. The pan pizza doesn't normally get the garlic butter and seasoning treatment around the edges because the edges are so narrow but I've requested it before.

Those who came back stronger than ever, excited to not only continue their services, but to improve them. This Giovanni's is a disgrace and leads the pack in terms of businesses who fit into the first category. They are still operating, right now, many years after the 2020 pandemic, as if they are still in the midst of a worldwide shutdown. They have never returned to in-store service or dining, the building sits there looking like some post-apocalyptic, sad, abandoned shell of a business. My family has sworn them off, and we've become loyal customers to many other pizza places in town, including the gas station right down the street.
