My Grandson and I went to the Zephyrhills location yesterday for dinner, they were out of what I wanted so just got my husband and Grandson a sandwich. Went to pay with my gift card and he says wait you forgot to tip. I said no I didn't and swiped my card. Later I checked my transactions and balance, they added a $5.48 tip after I left. When it came to the door the diet coke was not there. I called Subway and they said that is not their responsibility I had to call doordash. So I got a hold of doordash and they said they have nothing to do with payments it has to be subway, so I called Subway back and they said they have nothing to do with it because it went through their app and they do not work for the subway app. So if you buy anything from Subway and have it delivered if it's not right there's nothing you can do about it! So I'll start with a positive. The food is good and fresh and it seems clean. Now the negative came in one night after ordering online and I normally go here. So the sub I ordered I wanted to make sure was Made the correct way this time so I came in after ordering online to get the discount. Came in and talk to the woman that was making my sub and asked if the sub she was making was mine. She rudely and with an attitude said go sit down. I just wanted to know if it was the sub you were making was the one I just ordered because it looked just like the sub I just ordered so that should have been fair question but again she rudely said sit down not please sit down but sit down like I'm a 5-year-old and in kindergarten and she's a teacher is telling me to sit down. So I told her that it was rude and called her on it. She continued to argue and then refused to give me service. I said that was fine and I would ask her if it was a franchise or corporate. Then she replied that her mother was a manager and I asked her if she was the owner and she said no. Then I asked her name but she replied she wasn't going to give it. Since she didn't have a name tag. I let it Go. And then I asked for the receipt of the cancellation. I Go here all the time. Never had an issue until I dealt with her. I don't typically review a fast food place because it's usually 50/50 but I have now come to this location 3 times with my daughter for lunch. They have been extremely kind not just to us but to all the other people that walk in and to each other. It's clean. This is not what I have particularly come to expect with fast food and subway. My wife and I visited this subway on numerous occasions, my first question is do you all drug test, because just about everyone in there is high on something, they are rude, mean, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They don't look clean or sanitary. The past few times we've been there has been this African American guy has been very welcoming, pleasant, and he doesn't rush with our food. As a matter of fact, he convinced me to buy a dozen of chocolate chip cookies. He's your best employee. Had purchased a fundraising card from Centennial Middle School that lists buy 1 - 6" or 12", get one free and they refused to honor it saying that it came from the Dade City schools. Problem is that our student attended Woodland Elementary (in Z-hills) which automatically empties into Centennial. I don't get it. It's PASCO schools. Online ordering doesn't exist at this location. Did an online order to take advantage of the boho foot longs. Waited 30 minutes and still not ready. Asked about it was told by jocy that she hasn't gotten to it and doesn't know when she will be able to. Although she can take 10 customers prior to me. I asked for a refund and all he'll breaks loose. Maxine the so called supervisor tells me she will get fired if I get a refund to request it via the app. That's cause t. 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get a refund I ask how to do it she repeats she can't give a refund and oh yeah she decides to yell this across the store at me both times. Ok ask for the manager oh they aren't here they are only here for an hour a day. 6a-7a. That's it. So I asked to get ahold of some one there that can make decisions so I can get my refund.
