This Jersey Mikes has a super attentive staff. I believe they completed five online orders while aiding guests inside. The store manager was beyond friendly and super enthusiastic. The store was busy, and the inside looked clean. It was running like a well-oiled machine. The employee suggested getting the Parmesan rosemary beard; it was perfect and packed an extra level of flavor. Everything was fresh and cut right in front of you. Last time o had two hot subs delivery. One steak cheese with mayo lettuce tomatoes. The other a Philly cheese steak. Both delivered were Philly cheese and husband can't eat peppers onions. Wednesday this week same ordered place but for pickup at 4:30. Hubby arrive at 4:20 apologies for being early ! Damn hot subs already made up for pickup. I use to swear how good jersey mikes was but two had experience in a row and not even a sorry. Can only hope rt 301 S mightn put a new one in. Management should not be working grill and should be managing his store. Waited 50 minutes before I had to say something and to find out my food had been sitting there the whole time getting cold. Had a bad experience today. Went in to get a GF sub. Their app was advertising the bread (gluten free) was told they wasn't going to offer it until later in the month. Placed the order for number 13 & 3 giant. She asked I thought you said you will 3 subs. I said I would have if you had GF bread. Another women came up and asked what I wanted on each sub. I said on number 3, I wanted mikes way. The lady cutting the meat said I thought you said 2. Took that one away made another. The woman asked what I wanted on my number 8. That did it. Tomorrow is the last day of my Girls' Run Club. We always have finger food and cake. I came in and ordered the "Sub Box". The staff was extremely flexible as I did not call this order ahead. Melissa and Sierra made the order quickly and properly. We requested half ham & cheese and half turkey & cheese. While making the box to my slice size, they did not like how little meat and cheese was in the ends so they made another one. Again, going above and beyond of what was asked of them. They did all of this eagerly and with smiles. You can tell that this store truly cares about their customers and quality control. Sierra was suppose to leave at five but stayed and took care of the customer. I was very impressed with how well the Sub Box turned out. I placed a catering order for about 40 people earlier this month and I must say I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received at this location when I arrived to pick up my order! The two ladies working that day, Semper and Jeneva, were the only two in the store as there had been some call outs and it was 11:30! There were many customers coming in as it was peak lunch time and both of these young ladies totally nailed it! They were able to complete my catering order within 30min of my arrival and did so with a smile on their faces and excellent teamwork! It didn't even matter to me that it was late. Ok I love Jersey Mikes and have been to a number of them in Florida, but this one is real disappointing. We stopped twice recently, the first time 4 stars, but the second was terrible. The roll was hard and no we didn't get it heated. The roll was either a day old or more and left out exposed to air or was heated earlier in the day, it was bad. First visit 4 stars, second visit 1 or less star. Not sure I will return to that location. read more

I absolutely love Jersey Mikes subs.. They are way better then Subway and the service is always good.. I get the mini club and it is plenty big enough for 1 person.. So far I have tried the meatball sub and the Philly steak sub and they are both awesome.. You can't go wrong with anything you get here.. Always good and always fresh. read more

If you want a grilled REALLY veggie item, make sure that the grill has been scraped and a meat containing item is not being grilled at the same time! Our vegetarian granddgtr found cooked beef in her "veggie" wrap. Fortunately, she is not one for whom this would create a spiritual problem! Not busy when we entered but tables not wiped, chairs not pushed in and FOUR table napkin dispensers were empty. Ice dispenser jammed - a crew member got up on a stool and scooped ice into a pan, guiding it into the pan - ungloved hands! My wife and I love Jersey Mikes. Normally our experience has been very pleasant. However, that all changed during our last visit. My wife ordered our subs and the girl working behind the counter didnt put the roast beef on one of the subs. She was extremely rude to my wife. She acted like it was such a burden to complete our order. We emailed about our experience through the website and have heard nothing in return. As much as we love Jersey Mikes, we will not be bringing our business there anymore. Its a shame really, we usually had a Jersey Mikes night once a week. read more

the first day they open I went there everything was great , the young Manger used to manage the sonny's here in town very friendly, we have been back there three times since opening and I have noticed the turkey is super salty , and the Philly steak sandwich is blah , the service isn't as good as day one they skip over you in line then forget your order in the oven or grill then serve it to someone else cause they forget who they were serving cause you have one trying to do hot subs while the other is trying to do cold bit confusing for them, it's like take care of first in line don't take my order if I'm third in line just cause I'm ordering a cold sub , but that's just me I think if your ahead of me you should get taking care of first no matter if your ordering a hot or cold sub, I have also noticed the store is lacking more and more in cleanliness read more

I just went there for the first time with my family on 1/18/15. since we have never been we were looking at the menu and the one person was taking order, slicing the meat, and preparing the subs was very rude that we didn't even know what we wanted. There wasn't anyone else in line so I don't know what her problem was. After our subs were made I watched her write down an order, slice someone meat an the wiped her hands on her pants and not once changing her gloves. For the price you pay for the subs you don't get what you pay for. I will be going back to publix for my sandwiches. read more
