Well, my one star is not about the food or anyone else in the building except for one person who was working the drive-thru on Monday, April 27th around 1 PM. Seemingly Hispanic man with a do it my way attitude. Everything else would've earned a five star. Well, I might not have gone on and left a five star review because I had a busy day. I certainly would not have left this one Star review where it not for him. The customer service rep that took my order and the kindliness of the gentleman that was working in the kitchen when I came back in and said I wanted hot fries. He told me he dropped some fresh fries for me. The rest of our food, which was excellent. The building was clean and presentable. But then there was drive-through man. You see, I had come back in the store after placing an order inside to go because my fries weren't really hot and crispy. At best they were lukewarm and pretty much duds. When I came back and I got a great response from everyone and was told that they would drop fresh fries for me. The server at the counter had to excuse herself, so when the fries came up and the drive-thru man was walking by. I asked him if he would get me a large order of the hot fries because I was waiting on hot fries. He turned, took his scoop and mixed the little pile of hot fries in with a huge pile of lukewarm duds. I explained to him that I was waiting for hot fries and I didn't want them mixed in and there was a little bit of fries left at the back that were still all hot and asked if I could have those. Now anyone else in that building that day would've reached their scoop to the back of the Fry bin and filled up my carton with hot fries as I had requested, but not drive-through man no, he was going to explain to me how he didn't need me to tell him how to do his job that he was very capable of getting the fries put together for me. I once again explained to him why I didn't want them mixed and he continued to tell me how he knew what he was doing and that it would all be OK. Well, it wasn't OK! I ended up with a carton of half hot half cold dud fries, and it ruined my meal because of his attitude at the time. He wouldn't stop talking to let me speak. He wanted to continue telling me how he was right even to the point when I told him that he shouldn't be getting into a pissing match with a customer when it was so easy to give me what I wanted. He continued. He was not about to let Hardee's Customer have a great experience. He finally handed me a bag of half hot, half cold fries, which I snatched from his hand and at that point being a little upset dropped a few absurdities which I'm not proud of. He deserved so much more though. The Hispanic man working the drive-through at 1 o'clock on Monday, April 27th is about his poor representation for your business as you can hire. My request was reasonable doable at no cost or hurt or inconvenienced anyone including him. He was not about to let that happen. Because he knew better. Well I hope he knows better how this gets him a one star review which could've otherwise been a five star review. When you hand out paychecks this week, thank Mr. drive-thru man for this one star review. Now Mr. drive-thru is going to tell you how I was the problem, and I'm here to ask you does it really matter? I wanted hot fries. They were sitting right there he wouldn't give them to me. There's no ambiguity. It doesn't matter how I was. what was needed He didn't even get close to doing. I'm a manager in a multimillion dollar retail facility and had I witnessed one of my subordinates treating a customer the way he was I would've stepped in taken care of the customer and I would've sent him home immediately to think about it. In the next day without a good explanation from him of how he was going to do better, he would not clock in for me ever again. That's what Mr. drive-thru man is worth to me at this point absolutely zero. read more

Service was nice everything else not so good order a hot ham and cheese. I got a double cheeseburger that was stone cold. Got a chicken strip combo meal that was $16.69 without tax a medium one chicken stone cold fries or stone cold oh, but the Coke was cold. Good job please do not go here. I called the Hardee's and told them what went on. They said if I had my receipt, they would replace it. I said no thanks I'm just never coming here again. They didn't seem too concerned. The food and service here has been great the last few times I've been. I took a break for a quite a few months because of a couple bad experiences in a row. I went there to get a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was raw, I took it back and ask to speak with the manage, she was really rude didn't offer an apology and proceeded to be rude when I asked for corporate's number she told me that she didn't have to give it to me. the manager needs to be fired asap read more

Wanted Hardee's for breakfast and drove to the Wesley Chapel location. It is now closed. We decided to take a trip up to Zephyrhills to get our breakfast and we were not disappointed! To be honest, you don't usually expect much from a fast food breakfast but this Hardee's knocked it out of the park! We got a chicken and waffle sandwich and that was the star of the show. Everything was fresh and tasty. We will definitely put this in our rotation for fast food breakfast. Great location! read more

I fully understand when I hit a fast food place service is going to very low, but this location is far worse than most. Since I was a little girl my family has always stoped at this Hardee's for breakfast before going to Disney! The staff is always friendly the biscuits are always fresh and it's the best breakfast around. It's a meeting place here in Zephyrhills and it's always crowded inside with people sipping coffee and talking with each other. I go for the steak biscuit and sometimes tater rounds The steak biscuit is consistently great. The tater rounds are foo few for the money. It is not the most efficient place but too few are these days. read more

Rude staff, only car in the drive-through and it took 10 minutes to get my food and when I asked why I was given attitude about it and they said they cook all my food fresh to order meanwhile my biscuits were hard as a rock because of being under heat lamps. Ordered a chili cheese dog, I got a hot dog with mustard. The fries weren't very good either.

Went through drive through, ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals, one without onion. Got home, no bacon on either cheeseburger; the one with no onion had nothing else either - just patties & cheese. And in each of the boxes there was a chicken sandwich with lettuce that looked two weeks old. WTH, we ordered bacon cheeseburgers, not chicken. I think they were cleaning out leftovers from lunch. Good food if maintained and properly disposed when old. Its dinner 6:00pm Hardee's looks dead nobody there. So I simply asked "how fresh are your chicken tenders right now?" She said "if you want fresh tenders it'll be about a 6 minute wait" I said ok pulled up there's nobody there in the drive thru so I imagine they're not busy at all. Instead of me patiently waiting like I would, they give me the cold frys and cold chicken tenders. What a joke I literally specified and apparently management doesn't give a shit. Just meh....I really like their breakfast. My favorite is their biscuit and gravy. The milk gravy taste just like my grandmothers. The lunch was not too good today. I got the chicken tenders and onion rings... the chicken was chewy and rubbery and the onion rings were super greasy. Popeyes is much better for chicken tenders. My husband got one of their cheeseburgers and there was so much mayonnaise that it was literally falling out as he tried to pick it up.Yuck. I would recommend that no one EVER go to this place. My last two times absolutely nothing was right with my order. But I was in a hurry today and they were convenient so I thought ok I'll try one more time. Ordered a 3 pc. chicken strip with a small fry. Opened the bag to a mess of cold nasty greasy fires in a box that looked like it was fished out of a dumpster. The chicken? Three tiny pieces that were less than 3" long and it was just mainly some breading (again cold and greasy) with maybe one tiny little strip of chicken. Totally disgusting and gross. read more
