So we called hoping to get better directions. Manny answered the phone and offered to take the information over the phone but we wanted to do this in person. He then transferred us to someone he said 'could get us in touch with a local agent'. Great, except the number he transferred us to had no option for someone looking for a quote and no option to speak to a live person. So I called back, Manny again answered. I told him the number he transferred me to wasn't working for me. He said NOTHING but transferred me back to the SAME NUMBER! WTF??? Very rude and unprofessional. I completed the additional forms online and had to wait for them to get approved by the IRS. They assured me that I would get an answer asap! And I was kind of nervous because my tags had expired and since it was a commercial tags I needed them ASAP! Auto Policies renew with no type of notification or update, regardless of increases in monthly rate or not. My last policy came to an end begging of March 2021. I asked them to cancel my auto-renewal with the insurance I had over two years, Mapfre. Instead of ensuring that Mapfre would not renew for another 6 month policy, they decided that changing my payment method would be sufficient enough. After making it very clear I no longer wanted Mapfre as my auto insurance provider, I was advised by Lisa Hernandez(Regional Manager/Part owner as I was told) THAT MY POLICY RENEWED!!!! I was then told i was responsible for the pro-rated balance on my account for this policy, and that the only way they would take care of the balance for a mistake that they clearly made, was to have to agree to another policy with a different auto insurance company. Lisa Hernandez is by far the absolute worst kind of human in the industry. A liar, does not care about customer loyalty, and a manipulator. She talked her way into this mess, and HUNG UP on me when I told her that I would not be paying a cent of that outstanding balance and no longer wanted to be a customer of Su Casa Valley. Don't you dare question Lisa, cause she is savage. She simply does not care, and will leave you out on a limb. Simply put, they are flat out LIARS and will screw you when you demand any type of transparency. I worked it out with Mapfre directly, after advising of the Fraud that this joke of a brokerage attempted on me. Was so simple, but instead of dealing with an upset customer and seeing the problem through, they lost a customer and ended up with this Yelp review.

I am writing this to dispute AAA's claim that they are America's friend. I propose that they are…read morenothing but a friend but rather a money grabbing wealth sucking insurance agency that caters to their stockholders not to their clients. I will paint a picture of the fiends that they are. I had an incident, a water heater installed upon my house before I bought it. Yes, I should have taken all safe guards and removed it from the property knowing that it could fail in the forth coming years, but I was young. And apparently, stupid. AAA took advantage of my ignorance in many ways. There was an extreme rainstorm in Southern California, quite irregular, for I had lived in SC all my life since birth. The rain caused the water heater which functioned as a solar unit, to collapse into the master bedroom. Causing damage to the bed, dresser, rugs and other clothes storage units. The carpet was damaged from the rain as the roof was completely destroyed from the heater collapsing. I called a local roofing service repair contactor with a license and they performed service to mitigate the immediate damage. I paid out of my IRA drawing from painfully at a huge loss. I had to as my wife and I had nowhere to live at this time. In the end I spent $30,000 to fix the roof and remove the heater. I called AAA and tried to see what they could do to help us out. They said that it was our fault and that AAA was not liable and we were on our own. I would have to take them to small claims court to retrieve any hope of salvation, which would be $10,000, the limit for small court. So, in court AAA won, I and my wife lost, we got nothing. AAA walked away with a victory and two lost customers, do they care, no they don't, they want blood and money like Trump. Dump AAA like Israel, defund them. My father, who was a Purple Heart Veteran was a member. I will never recommend AAA to another ever.
