I wish I could give this fraud business a rating of no stars. So here's the story…read more.. I have been doing MY OWN taxes online for over 10 years successfully without any issues EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR, no errors. This year because of the preface change of my online tax service, I decided to get a quote and see if the numbers were the same. I go in to fiesta because I happen to pass by. I give the guy my last years tax refund papers for easy input. He figures $1,000 more than what I had computed on my own at home. Sounds good, right?! So I ask how much they would charge to file for me, $220 sounds like a better deal still. I thought maybe I had missed something in my own filing at home because of the large difference. So, he does my taxes or so I thought. Calls back the next day saying it wasn't submitted because he made a mistake on the birthdate of one my kids. So, I tell him the birthdate and hang up. He failed to tell me at that time it changed the amount of the refund because the age was now inputted correctly and is now $1000. He waits until the next day to call me (after the tax refund is now submitted correctly, after his error) he says, oh it's been successfully submitted and you will be getting $1,000 less. I was irate. I told him from the beginning I did my own configuration and got $1,000 less that should have tipped him off to make no mistake in input, then when he input the birthdate correctly he should have told me then before submitting that the refund changed. He said well the computer didn't tell me, if he was being thorough in doing his job and been professional enough he would have allowed me to make a choice, that clearly he knew I would have not went though with his "services" and finished filing on my own! The manager called me and said, we are human and make mistakes. Seriously when you can be audited be the irs you make sure you are inputting information correctly, be efficient!! Not once has that ever happened to me or to the people that had filed my taxes before doing them on my own, has made!!! I smell FRAUD!!!!!!!! They get you in and make it seem this way and pull out tricks. They would not refund the money to me or repay me. The manager did the best he could do is offer me $50, still money made on their part. I'm sure they have gotten many people in this way. This is NOT professional or efficient!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FRAUD OF A BUSINESS!! Horrible!!! If anyone has a similar story please report it to the BBB!!!! Left the review on Saturday; first thing Monday morning they call to invite me back to pick up the complete refund. Auto Policies renew with no type of notification or update, regardless of increases in monthly rate or not. My last policy came to an end begging of March 2021. I asked them to cancel my auto-renewal with the insurance I had over two years, Mapfre. Instead of ensuring that Mapfre would not renew for another 6 month policy, they decided that changing my payment method would be sufficient enough. After making it very clear I no longer wanted Mapfre as my auto insurance provider, I was advised by Lisa Hernandez(Regional Manager/Part owner as I was told) THAT MY POLICY RENEWED!!!! I was then told i was responsible for the pro-rated balance on my account for this policy, and that the only way they would take care of the balance for a mistake that they clearly made, was to have to agree to another policy with a different auto insurance company. Lisa Hernandez is by far the absolute worst kind of human in the industry. A liar, does not care about customer loyalty, and a manipulator. She talked her way into this mess, and HUNG UP on me when I told her that I would not be paying a cent of that outstanding balance and no longer wanted to be a customer of Su Casa Valley. Don't you dare question Lisa, cause she is savage. She simply does not care, and will leave you out on a limb. Simply put, they are flat out LIARS and will screw you when you demand any type of transparency. I worked it out with Mapfre directly, after advising of the Fraud that this joke of a brokerage attempted on me. Was so simple, but instead of dealing with an upset customer and seeing the problem through, they lost a customer and ended up with this Yelp review.
