I need to process my taxes. I have been calling since January. The last call I spoke with the…read moreperson in charge of my taxes, Johana, was on January 8. Since then, I have called many times, and I don't know if my messages simply aren't being passed on to her or if she just doesn't return my calls. My documentation was complete on that day. Even so, everything was requested again by email in February, and I resent it. Since then, I've been trying to communicate, and my calls are never returned. I call up to 5 times a day, and I'm always told she's busy with a client. I have already paid for the tax service and even sent proof of payment. Now, in March, I was charged another $200 on my card for work covering these three months of 2026, but if they haven't even finished last year's taxes, how are they charging me again? I haven't even sent them my account statements for this year because their customer service is terrible, yet they are very good at charging. Last year was the same headache. My taxes were filed late last year, and it wasn't because I didn't send what was requested. I NEED my taxes!! The first year, when Mrs. Martha assisted us, everything was excellent. Since then, these past two years with you have been a headache.
