I called the guys at Boyd(I dealt with Robin) and he helped me figure out a way to get the van to them quick and easy, with little to no disruption to my schedule. That to me is worth its weight in gold. The repairs were done within a few days and they even took the time repair something else within the cabin that wasn't covered under ICBC(a small task to them but would have been much more difficult for me to try and repair).
