I about lost it when we found one in our kitchen! We had a different pest company at the time and I felt completely disregarded by them when I expressed my fear. Just then, I saw the Exceed truck outside my neighbors house and approached the technician to see if they had time to do my house as well and they obliged - they comforted me and sensed my urgency especially with a crawling infant in my home. Since then, they've been nothing but courteous, friendly, communicative and anytime I've had a one off problem I just give them a call and they come out within 24 hours. They always send a text the night before letting me know the time window that they'll be coming out and what the technicians name is. I have been very satisfied with their service.

I had repeatedly asked for 2 years to be put on a schedule instead the technician messaged once for the next day. I said I couldn't do it so they cancelled my service. Alex said I would now have to pay a start up fee of $135.00 because I was an unreliable customer since I didn't chase them down and call every couple months when they didn't show up or make contact. Apparently they don't need any customers so go where you are valued. Save yourself the grief and hassle. If I knew the management, Alex, was so unprofessional I would have never used them.
