The employee asked for the tracking number, which I didn't have. I gave him my name, and after a quick search, I was simply told they couldn't find it. There was no attempt to ask additional questions or consider that it might have been under the other category (a print order). It turned out that was exactly the issue. A simple check would have solved the problem and saved me an unnecessary second trip. What disappointed me most wasn't that a mistake happened--it was the lack of initiative to help. Good customer service means thinking through the situation, asking a few follow-up questions, and trying to find a solution instead of stopping at the first dead end. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that helping the customer wasn't a priority. I hope the staff receive additional training on problem-solving and customer service, because a little extra effort could make a significant difference.
