Absolutely love this place! My daughter and I take our dog there for our Daddy, Daughter, Doggy dates and they help make it a fun time.

This place is awesome, very clean and the staff are very nice. They have everything you need to wash your dog and more. They are open during quarantine and doing appointments to limit how many people are in there at a time and comply with social distancing. I will warn all of my fellow large and very hairy dog owners that they are limiting you to 30 min to wash AND dry your dog. With a 100lb double-coated , very uncooperative dog I knew as soon as I walked in and saw the sign that this would be impossible, but the salon was empty when I arrived and I thought surely they meant 30 min to wash only, not including drying, as the sign was phrased "Please limit tub time to 30 min." They do not mention this on the phone when you make the appointment so I was very disappointed to learn about it after getting there. It didn't help that I was late, I tried to call to ask if I could still come, as I was more than willing to come at a different time or day, but their phone lines were too busy and I couldn't get through. When I arrived they said it wasn't a problem and took me straight back to the wash area. As more dogs started to arrive, the owner (I'm assuming) started to get visibly stressed and I could hear him telling his employees "that dog is supposed to be done!" before asking me, quite shortly, if I was done yet. I was doing my best and rushing and was fairly out of breath at this point from trying to wrestle my dog to wash her. I understand that this is a trying time and we are all stressed and doing our best. I just wish they had told me about the limit when I made the appointment, I would have gone elsewhere or asked if I could pay extra for more time. I was there for 40 min and was just able to blow her enough to where she wasn't dripping and wouldn't soak my car. I now have to finish brushing and drying her at home which is a big part of why I wanted to take her somewhere else to do it. read more

We took our 1 1/2 yr old boxer here today for a bath. It was so much better than I could have imagined! The staff was awesome! Super friendly and helpful and the place was clean. When we first arrived a large dog was heading out. He was very excited and barking at our dog, who was very nervous. One of the staff helped us to quickly get moved on from the large dog. I thought it was so kind of him to see we were uncomfortable and quickly help us. They have everything you could possibly need to bathe your dog. Different kinds of shampoo for whatever your dog needs. Tubs for big dogs and tubs for little dogs. They have thought of it all! I want to thank the people who cut my dog's nails today. Starla is very very nervous being in new places, and really doesn't like nail clippers or grinders. She was soooo scared, but the people here were soooo kind and helped Starla get through it. Someone came over and started scratching Starla while I held her and while the other person cut her nails. I can't thank these people enough. Starla was sooo scared during it, but soooo happy afterward. She was smiling on the car ride home and was running and playing when we got home. I normally love coming to We Suds Em to get my dog groomed, but my poor baby ended up with razor burns and a haircut that I didn't ask for. Normally she gets a schnauzer cut and this time I asked for them to keep her hair a little longer. My baby ended up with her whole body shaved, leaving her skin showing in some areas. She won't even let me touch her chest and pulls back because of her burns. I was so shocked because my baby usually gets the best haircuts here, but unfortunately she was not treated that well this time. I'm not sure if I want to come back. read more

On many occasions, I've set up an area and given my dog a cut, and a shampoo too. There's no reason to do that anymore with the convenience of Suds 'Em Yourself. I took our 7 month old rescue dog Sammie for her first bath and nail clip today. Dan was so helpful and patient. He took time to calm her down and get her used to the sound of the tools. He explained every step to me and showed me how to bath Sammie. I use a wheelchair so he set up some accommodations to make it easier to access the tub and really went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The front desk staff were very patient with her as she can be exciteable and gave her treats. We will definitely be back! read more

I have never washed a dog before and the woman there basically walked me through the process, even helping me scrub. I love that my kids have a place they can play, and I can watch them while I wash. Fellow customers were so friendly, and there are even dog treats you can give your dog. This place is super affordable and has EVERYTHING. There was even a person trimming her poodle, even. I love I can clean my dog without making my house a mess and without keeping all the supplies at my house either. They also have lots of toys, treats, and other accessories at reasonable prices so you don't need to make an extra trip to the pet store if you have an essential you need to refill or replace. Sudes'em Yourself is a a friendly, affordable, GREAT place to wash your dog. They have self-service tubs, about 10 of them, with an end cut out so the doggies can jump in. The water temp and pressure is variable, and they provide a good assortment of shampoos. They have clean towels, industrial-strength blow driers, and aprons. They have ample free parking. When you're done washing and drying your dog, they will cut their nails for a few bucks. Sudes'em Yourself appears to be family-owned, by friendly people. I had outstanding service from Deja who settled us in, gave me a great conditioning hot oil for my itchy dog and calmed him down to cut his nails. I've used both their professional grooming and the self-wash service on my 90 lb Bernese mountain dog and they are wonderful here. The professional grooming was so much less than what I pay at home in the Bay Area and they did a great job in very little time. The self-service area is incredible. The guys working there are exceptionally kind and they have everything you need to clean up your pet. I loved the toothbrushes and my dog loved the free treats! read more

We Suds 'Em is a great place to take your pup to get groomed. I've been taking my small dog there for two years and have been very satisfied every time. Shelley is one of the groomers and when I was in a pinch she even came earlier than they were officially open to fix my dog after a botched grooming job (by someone else). My dog is also not the calmest dude in the whole world, and the groomers have been phenomenal in the midst of him anxiously wiggling and scratching during his grooming. Bless them. Allie was fantastic with my very large dog who is from a shelter and has some aggression issues with dogs she doesn't know. She was able to clip her nails, something even my veterinarian was unable to do. They were accommodating, keeping her separate from the other dogs. My dogs fur feels soft, she smells great, and Allie was able to remove much of the dogs shedding under coat. I will certainly be back, and would recommend highly to anyone! read more

We were up for the Oregon Truffle Hunt and Festival and after the hunt my dog was so dirty I didn't want to bring her back to the hotel. So I yelped dog wash and this place popped up really close to where we were having lunch so we walked over and were able to get in right away and they were very helpful. For the few time's I've been there its been a great experience! Very friendly staff who's willingness to help is great to see. Very clean considering you have a steady amount of wet dogs coming in and out. OMG first time at a dog wash and boy did this place deliver. A family owned establishment made us feel right at home. They guided us through the process and with a 80 pound dog it seemed like a challenge. They made it a piece of cake. Showed us what to do and helped us along the way. Missy, the groomer, at We Suds 'Em, is fabulous. I brought my curmudgeonly Shih tzu, Walter, to her. We, Walter and I, are from N.H. he was very scruffy when I brought him in. I was nervous to leave him in a new place...but I did. She told me it would be about 3 hours before he'd be ready. My daughter and I did errands. After a little more than 3 hours, Missy called. With great relief, I went to get him. He has NEVER looked so good. His white fur is whiter and his black fur is blacker. He is soft. She drumeled his toenails and cleaned his ears.
