I called back when I was done, and still nobody answered. Judging by the crappy looking entrance, no line, no detailers and the slow action, I assume they're going out of business. It came right off and was not baked on due to the heat of the engine. I then went to the market and discovered the trunk was not vacuumed. I could not go but called the next day. Receptionist said we don't normally vacuum the trunks. I told her I have never ever experienced this at any other car wash and said its like taking shower and not washing your legs. Got the manager on the phone who said bring it back. I did and he graciously had it vacuumed and then gave me the excuse that they tend to not vacuum the back of the car this time of year as people have xmas trees. I would think after coming home and putting up a tree you would want to have the needles removed and no one I know drives around with a tree in their trunk for a month. No, I won't go back. Overall outside of these 2 points they did a good job but it wasn't worth all of the hassle. I don't know how they stay in business??

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. It was a nice change. It was also nice to see their price within a penny of everyone else. The physical space is a mess at the moment. They are clearly in the throes of a remodel and the bays are not currently up and running. My little town of Havertown is buzzing with rumors of what might be the end result. * Leasing out the bays to typical mechanics is of course one choice. * Some think the bays will be converted into a car wash. * Others think a tiny snack shop will occupy the bay space. * There is even talk of the entire property becoming another WaWa! I was told the car would be ready in 1 -1.5 hrs. Over 2 hrs later, I called to find out if my car was done. It was close to being done and they offered an exterior wash. Sure. I got one. I picked up my car about 15 minutes later. I must say THE INTERIOR SHAMPOO WAS GREAT (5 stars). My car looked brand new inside. I recommended the company for getting cars cleaned. But, I have a major problem that I am hoping the company will remedy asap. The interior of the car was still damp and the cleaning smell (ammonia) was noticeable so I left the windows open for a few hours. 24 to 48 hours after that I returned to my car to see bubbles (in the form of long stripes) on every one of my tinted windows!! (0 stars) (Pics to come.) The ammonia was used to clean my tinted windows and that can REMOVE tint. I am hoping a $75 interior shampoo and $10 wash does not turn into a $200-300 tint replacement job at another company. I'm seeking a remedy from the company. I've called the company a number of times this morning to no avail (no answer) but I will update this review after I talk with them. UPDATE: The owner contacted me the morning after I post the review. (I had also called and left a message.) After bringing the car in that afternoon for them to assess, they asserted their products did not cause the damage. I explained that this had never happened before. In spite of the disagreement, they removed my old tint within a few days and replaced it within another few days after that. It was inconvenient to have to keep returning but I appreciate their best efforts to remedy the situation. Again, the detailing work was great.
