This place must have changed ownership because it's not what it used to be. I had been coming here since 2012 to get mini details for all my cars, but they stopped offering that service due to staffing issues. The last couple of times I got the deluxe wash, it was decent. However, on my most recent visit, the staff seemed rushed and did a poor job with the pre-wash scrub. I specifically came in to remove bird droppings from the roof of my car. When I pointed it out, the employee glanced at it and said, "It's clean," until he took a closer look and saw that there were still a dozen spots left. The staff seemed irritable and eager to leave, not customer-focused at all. I felt bad for the one guy was drying all the cars by himself. He had more customer skills than the guy at the cashier. It's disappointing to say this after so many years, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I've never experienced a car wash quite like this before perhaps because a) I never wash my car and b) when I have it was at a gas station. As a passenger in a car with a soft top, the owner was looking for a specific place. Up til this day I didn't realize such a thing was an issue but it makes perfect sense. We found Ridge Pike and pulled in. There was tent on the lot and some men sitting at a table. As we approached the wash itself another man emergered and began signaling us with hand gestures. The driver pulled up, rolled her window down and said she wanted the deluxe. Before we could blink the men at the table were on us spraying, wiping, brushing. We were given more instructions once inside where we got washed. We headed over to another tent where the same fellas applied some Armor All began to dry the car by hand. They did a very thorough and very quick job. I was inspired to get my own car washed. read more

My favorite car wash! They brush down your grill, windshield, tires and rear before you go thru the car wash. I get the Deluxe wash for $14, and the "Buy 4, get 2 free" tickets are a deal! Wish I could give this place zero stars. Brought back my Jeep from the beach and wanted to get any remaining sand / salt off of it. Asked in advance what service I should go with and paid extra to have the tires done as well. Tipped the drying guy well, drove down the road to the store, and realized my car was still FILTHY...the grill, the tires, the sides, the back, everything was still completely dirty. I went back to ask for a refund and got nothing but attitude. They told me I was waisting their time and to just run it back through. I said if it didn't work the first time it wasn't going to work the second time and I would rather just get my money back and go somewhere else. This car wash was disappointing to say the least. Saw a line out onto Ridge pike one day so I decided to check it out another time. My car was in desperate need of cleaning so I arrived early. Before it opened early! Waited patiently in line for my turn and upon placing my wheels on the track I was informed the services I wanted to purchase were not available. They were out of Armorall and the wheel cleaner was frozen. It was 65 degrees outside... Two days in a row! Did the owner not consider purchasing more Armorall during the day when they ran out? Or putting up signs to inform potential customers these services were unavailable? There's a Lowes right down the road boys. Call me if you need directions. Being that I was on the way track I was now forced to pay for a wash. I traveled through the shortest car washing experience of my life only to exit to be told it was too cold to have my car vacuumed. Speaking of signs - I was informed they put a sign up when vacuuming services are available and since there was no sign...no vacuum. Well then to me that says no "Out of Armorall" sign should mean there is Armorall available. No? Of course any person who had never been to this car would have known about this scandalous signage system. Where I come from a car wash always includes vacuuming...unless you buy a tank full of gas somewhere with a car wash and get the option for a vacuum-less external only car wash. So essentially I lost minutes of my life (which I will never get back btw) for an external car wash with a single guy drying with a rag... which I could have gotten for free the next night when the skies opened up and the rain poured down. It's a great day out and needed a wash. Never been here before so I gave it a try. It's a car wash so not really in need of an in depth review but I got in and out quickly. People there are to the point which is nice. My car went through the tunnel and it was clean. Swung around to get my car hand dried and I was off. Nice clean car and reasonable prices. I come out of the car wash explain what happened, refused to give me any information, had to contact to the police in order for me to get a Name & Phone number! The owner finally calls me back, tells me to stop by one day to take a look. I do so thinking maybe he is going to help me out since this is not my fault by any means! He takes a look says I can send you to my guy to get fixed, the proceeds to tell me that "THIS IS NOT COMING OUT OF HIS POCKET". So I get a quote from my mechanic estimated over $1000 because I have top of the line car...Guess who has to pay ME! Worst car wash I've ever been to. They start off by brushing your car with old industrial brooms and then you go to the annoyed clerk who doesn't give an f about your car. After you spend $14 for the premium wash, you go to get your car dried by some guy who uses old crusty towels that leaves watermarks all over your paint and windows. If you asked to get your mats cleaned, they spray them with water and leave them on a bench for you to pick up and put back in your car yourself. Terrible service and terrible employees. I've never written a review on yelp until I got my car washed by this company. They shouldn't exist. A complete waste of time and $14. Never go here. Trust me. Go somewhere where people care about their job and do the best of their ability to make you happy. read more

My lease on my car was up so I took my car to Ridge Pike Car Wash to get it cleaned inside and out. I had stains on the fabric on the interior roof which I thought would be impossible to get out without spending an arm and a leg to get it detailed. However, the guys at Ridge Pike Car Wash were so friendly and willing to do whatever I needed in order to turn my car in to the dealer in good shape. They did an excellent job cleaning the car and were able to get the roof stains out! The ultimate wash (only $23.00) is the way to go and the guys are great!
