My dog and I had a positive experience at Sudsy Mutts. I was excited to find a new groomer who had appointments that didn't require waiting 6 weeks. My dog was scared but everyone was really patient with him. Kris, the groomer, listened to my requests and executed as well as possible. My dog did not want his nails trimmed so they invited me to stand with him to calm him. When even that didn't work they agreed they should stop so as not to stress him more. At checkout, when I tried to buy a toy the owner asked if my dog was a big chewer and suggested which toys to avoid because they weren't made for wrong chewers. They also invited me to bring my dog in anytime at no charge so they could let him get used to people touching his feet without trimming nails. I will definitely be back. read more

Brand new Sudsy Mutts. Absolutely the cleanest grooming shop I've ever been in. From the time you walk in it feels like home. The staff is super friendly and the owner makes you feel like family. The best part is they have 6 do it yourself tubs so there's no waiting and no appointments needed. Need professional grooming well guess what they also do professional dog and if you want they will do your cat also. So if you have time just stop in and they will take you on the tour of the shop. Definitely would recommend you give them a try. PS. If you do it yourself they give the shampoo conditioner blueberry face wash along with ear cleaner brushes combs plus the towels and they have a blow dryer at each station in the shop. I absolutely love this place. The groomers are extremely friendly and great with animals. Noel did a great job with my 11 year old very anxious and furry Husky mix Mollie. She was patient and even called during the middle of her grooming to give me an update on how Mollie was doing. I will definitely use them again and feel 100% comfortable leaving my pets with them. Sudsy mutts deserves more than a 5 star review but it's only 5 star! My dog Winston is a pain to wash at home as he is a 90 pound lab and we have a baby that also uses the bathtub but when we found out about Sudsy Mutts it was a life saver! the staff is very accommodating to any situation that we might encounter. highly recommend to anyone who wants to get their dog washed for cheap and staff who are the nicest ever! read more

They are the best. There aren't too many PBGVs in the area to practice on, but they nailed it the first time. Plus, they are the nicest people and go out of their way to make your experience a wonderful one. If you're the hands-on type, there are also booths where you can wash and groom your dog yourself. read more

I took our Cavapoochon for grooming after another groomer just butchered his coat. I figured it would take 2-3 times to get him looking anything like he was supposed to. The groomer did a fantastic job grooming my Aussiedoodle. She even called me halfway into the process to let me know that my dog was doing well.
