Madisyn has groomed our pit rescue twice now and done a great job! He HATES when we give him baths, it is such a task for my husband and I. She makes him feel comfortable and gets his whole grooming package done in the time it takes for us just to shampoo him. read more

Thank you for the wonderful service and taking care of my boy. Chapo was abused before we adopted him and when we got him it took a while for him to get used to us. I cried when Sudz up left. Chapo bites and I was very nervous thinking he would be difficult. He loved them! And they took really good care of him. Nice, professional, courteous, and the best daughter and dad team. I should have known from the get go I was going to have a bad experience with Madisyn. And she even came as a recommendation from our Vet. First it was horrible getting a hold of her. Her voicemail says don't leave a voicemail to text her. Then you text her and she doesn't answer for days. She sent me the booking link I book my appointment sent her current coat conditions and pictures and did hear from her until 2 days prior to my appointment. Apparently, when you book the appointment you aren't approved for the appointment until they approve it after reviewing the current coat condition and pictures. (apparently she lost all her messages off her computer) Then she said she wasn't even on our side of the town on the day I booked. She tried to get us in at the end of the day and it didn't work out. She had a cancelation 2 days later and I took it. She did her magic and asked if I was satisfied and at the time it looked good but she was still damp and not totally dry. I texted her 3 days later stating they she missed my dogs feet to be cleaned up and her hind was still too long. She said because it was past 24 hours I had to pay for a full booking again for her to come out. I told her she never told me I had to tell her within 24 hours and she said that is why I kept asking if she looked ok. For the price I paid I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. With the level of service and effort they gave me. read more

We had such high hopes, but unfortunately the lack or professionalism and communication by this company earn it a 1 star. Our first appointment was schedule 6:00 on June 15th. We were contacted at 5:30 saying they would be late and we be here closer to 7am. At 7am they contacted us and canceled the appointment due to a migraine. No problem we understand things happen. We then rescheduled for June 21 at 11:30. At 11:05 we were contacted that they were running behind and would be here between 12:30-1:00. At 1:14 they again contacted via text that they were still delayed and trying to get over to us soon. We responded back asking for a new ETA and received no response. At 3:19 we again texted them asking if they are still coming and they said no they won't be able to make it. We asked when we could re-schedule for the 3rd time and they did not respond. We used the calendar link they send via text and scheduled for 6/25 at 11am. Today on 6/23 they randomly show up at 6:40am. By the time we got up and made it to the door they had left (10 minutes max). We called them back and told them we didn't have an appointment today, but if they want to turn around and come back it's ok. They told us sorry it's past the 15 minute window and they won't be able to come back. We told her how can it be past the 15 minutes when we never had an appointment today? Now they want to charge us a $75 cancelation fee! We will be contacting our CC company. read more

I would spray the park (exactly how the team lead would do it) and somehow it was always wrong. They fired me because I informed them I had another job and was flustered by all the training I had to do. They did not let me put in my two weeks, but let the other two white women put theirs in. I told Audrey that I still need the job. She showed no empathy when I told her I needed the job for my bills, while I got my other job and training dates in order. Instead she hired new people and fired me on my day off. She is a micromanager, egotistical bitch. I would not bring your animal to this facility, due to the incompetence of the owners. I liked working there for the time being, but to be fired on my day off is absolutely insane. By the way their turn over rate is insane. The 3 weeks I worked there, I saw 2 people get fired and like 3 quit. Don't even get me started on the customers. People would bring their dogs to daycare and by the time they picked them up, their dog would be soaked with piss. John and Audrey said they would not put any money into repairing the facility. I got scratched by a dog and she left a huge scratch on my arm. Audrey insisted that it was my fault and that I didn't have the dog under control. Fuck both of them. They don't care about you or your dogs, only your $25.65.

Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. He had literally zero basic obedience skills - no sit, no stay, unmanageable on a leash, etc - when we started our four sessions with Bob. Within the first hour, Lalo was heeling at my side, walking loose leash, and sitting on his own when we stopped walking. I was amazed. Across our four sessions we added stay and recall. I took Lalo camping during our training, was able to allow him to roam off-leash in the forest and recall him from 100 yards away consistently. And this training has really calmed his anxiety and reactivity. I highly recommend Bob's training program for your dog.

I own a local grooming company and recommend them to everyone. I had a bad experience at a different local vet here in anthem. To say it was bad is an understatement. New river has always welcomed with warm hugs. I did price comparisons at other vets in about a 20 mile radius and this vets prices beat everyone else's as well as having good service. Keep it up receptionists, techs, vets and other staff. You are amazing.

We had a bad experience getting our dog's nails trimmed with Lauren at Club Doggie Grooming…read more The first thing that seemed odd when I contacted Lauren was that her business advertised mobile grooming, but she explained that she has her own grooming suite and she doesn't do mobile grooming. Her website indicated that she has over 15 years of experience, but our time receiving services showed a different level of professionalism from Lauren. When we arrived we brought both dogs in just for nail trimming. We have gone to other places and never had any issues with our dogs getting them done. She made multiple negative comments about our choice of vests we use for our dogs. Another problem we had was I indicated we were only there for nail trims and she insisted they get their ears cleaned even though I explained they just received baths and ear cleaning at home. This also lead to her pouting because we didn't want her spraying human perfume on our dogs which she still ultimately did. She trimmed one of our dogs nails too short, which led to bleeding. My husband and I are pretty understanding, knowing this is something that happens but she kept blaming our dog for it. When she was working on the second dog she mostly was able to grind her nails but when getting one of the dew claws she was forcing the dog into an uncomfortable position and our dog snipped at her. She then proceeded to grab the back of our dogs neck and scream at her. She then made a comment to our dog saying she made her mom a liar because she snipped even though she has never acted that way with other groomers/vettechs. She claims this occurred because we were watching, but seeing how she treated our dog I would never be comfortable leaving them alone with her. Due to this experience we will not be returning to get any further services. I do not recommend getting any services with Club Doggie Mobile Grooming!
