The communication was unclear, rushed, and honestly felt more like a sales pitch than genuine concern for my pet's well-being. What bothered me the most was the lack of transparency. Why wasn't this issue identified beforehand? And why wasn't the insurance properly applied or even discussed as part of the solution? It left me feeling pressured, confused, and taken advantage of during a very stressful moment. I trusted this clinic with my dog's care, and instead I walked away questioning their ethics and professionalism. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, compassionate veterinary care.

This provides a quicker experience with less distractions and more assurance that the groomer's full attention is on your dog. If you have any special concerns/requests for your dog, I recommend calling them and asking for a groomer that has more experience with your concerns. I mentioned my concern with cutting my dogs warts and they recommended we work with Margaret. Margaret was great and managed to give our dog a short cut without cutting his warts.
