Who makes customers wait that long these days for a stolen or lost card? I had my wallet stolen and I got all my credit cards within 2 business days of reporting it except these nitwits. Then, when I decided to go get the card in person after waiting a few days painfully, they said the system was down and couldn't activate the new card I received at the branch! Hours later, I call them and the system is still down. Are you kidding me? A Bank, or CU Down for more than a few minutes? I told them if I didn't have it up by end of day I'd escalate.
