I've tried this with 3 other aestheticians prior -- one had recommended Erica while she was traveling and the other two I never went back to because the results were mediocre and one even caused my lashes to crinkle (!!!). Btw if you don't know what a lash lift is, it's like a push-up bra for your lashes. The treatment uses chemicals to lift and curl your lashes and can last from 6-8 weeks. Because there are chemicals, it's important you go to a reputable and knowledge person that understands how to adjust the process according to your lashes to avoid damaging / over processing. Plus the treatment Erica uses has keratin which is less damaging! Although I live almost an hour drive away from Erica, I religiously drive to see her every 6-8 weeks to get my straight Asian lashes lifted. Erica is super meticulous and will get every lash (including the baby ones on the corners) lifted beautifully! I always come out feeling like a million bucks and can get away with not putting on makeup every day which saves so much time. Tl;dr I LOVE the results of getting my lashes lifted with Erica, and trust Erica 150% with my lashes!! Also, recommend doing a growth lash serum every day (like Rodan & Fields which I find works really and saw results after 2 months) to lengthen your lashes. I use this in conjunction with the YUMI Keratin lash serum Erica sells to strengthen my lashes so I can maintain healthy and beautiful lashes!

I'd always used MAC false lashes before, any time I had an event etc, but it was always so sad when I had to take them off afterward and go back to my own short everyday lashes...sigh. I had a friend who's lashes looked amazing one day and I asked her if she used a serum or something because I was super jealous...so she told me about Priscilla. I couldn't believe they were extensions. So I made an appt and asked a million questions...then got my first set (took about an hour or so). Aside from the huge plus of not having to deal with the daily mascara on/off stuff, worrying if it's smudged etc, the lashes Priscilla uses look so pretty but still natural that I literally get compliments on them every week. All of my girl friends, several patients, and even female co-workers have asked me what I use for my lashes and they are all surprised when I tell them they are extensions. Bottom line, what I love: fills take an hour or less (i get them every 3-4 wks or so), lashes fall out slowly and naturally, they can get wet after the first 24 hours, I barely have to put on makeup to look everyday pretty, Priscilla's application process, tools, etc is super hygienic, studio location is convenient, and although she books up super fast, she is always able to find a time to fit me in that works for both of us.
