Linh It's so amazing and turns what is typically such an uncomfortable and tedious service in to an enjoyable experience. She is so professional yet friendly and makes sure you are comfortable throughout your service. Her packages are amazing and she's very great about scheduling appointments and making sure that you are scheduled for your appointments at the right time. She just changed locations but it's very easy to get to and there's even a waiting room with a coffee machine. I can't recommend her enough because she is just so great. Also if you haven't tried Sugaring before, yes it can hurt depending on your pain tolerance but it's nothing crazier than waxing or any other kind of hair removal people typically do. The only uncomfortable part is really feeling a little sticky throughout your process but Linh Is really good about making sure you are cleaned up between the individual services you are doing and your session and at the end before you walk out the door. She does additional services like facials but I can't speak to that as I specifically go to her for sugaring. If you haven't been to her before, give her a text. The sugaring experience at Spa Prana is amazing - seriously, if you are still waxing, get yourself over to Prana to have your hair removal forever changed. I am not new to sugaring (almost 10years now!) but this was my first sugaring experience in the US and I was incredibly lucky that it was with Linh, especially as it was almost 3 months since my last appointment. It was, by far, the fastest sugaring I ever had - yet, not in one moment was I feeling that it was rushed, Linh was incredible thorough and as gentle as one can be when removing hair. First, this spa is located on the second floor of the building. There's a set of stairs in the back and the middle of the building. It can be hard to find on your first visit. Second, there is ample parking in the back, so no need for street parking. Third, the spa atmosphere is very relaxing, comfortable, and clean. Lastly, Linh is amazing! She is so sweet and very thorough with her sugaring. Linh has many years of experience in the spa industry and recently opened this spa in March '17. She is deeply invested in using organic and healthier forms of spa products such as sugaring instead of waxing and using vegan nail lines. I am very pleased with the prices, her services, and products. She also offers lashes at a VERY good price. I will be coming back for sugaring and getting lash extensions! If you only wax, I highly recommend sugaring with Linh. It exfoliates your skin all while removing hair that takes longer to grow back in comparison to waxing. So so good. I am never going back to waxing again. Linh's rates are very reasonable. When you come here, do yourself a favor and get an organic pedicure. I couldn't recommend Linh more. She is the absolute best - and I'm glad I found her early! Her work space is so modern and classy, although I was a bit confused on location. She used a very bright light and really paid attention to detail, but was still so quick and efficient. Linh also used coconut oil and a hot towel, which was incredible! I have very sensitive skin and this is the first time I've ever left a hair removal with ZERO redness and no ingrown hairs or bumps. Found Linh and her spa a few months ago when I was looking for a place for sugaring. She is amazing, offers incredible services and goes above and beyond for her clients. I've had sugaring done before elsewhere and no one else treats this service like a real spa treatment like Linh! I ended up getting a facial done as well and WOW it was amazing. She uses high end spa products that are vegan and free of harsh chemicals, and her services are affordable and COMPLETELY worth the price. I've now been using the line of skin care products she uses/sells because they work wonders and I was so happy with the results from facials and samples Linh gave me. If you want a manicure and pedicure that will last and not chip or peel the moment you leave the salon, please go see Linh! She has been doing my nails for about a year now, and in that time, my nails have become healthy again and stronger than ever. She uses products that are safe and free of harsh chemicals and they actually help strengthen your nails. She sterilizes her implements in an autoclave which is a huge plus and I've never been anywhere else that does this. I like that Linh really takes her time to make sure that your nails will turn out perfectly. She is also very kind and makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the service. To start with, Linh blamed my toe overlapping as to why the polish wasn't drying. The real reason is cheap equipment (opi light). One light did not work properly the other was so hot it hurt my nail beds. She placed the led lamp on the pillow that was on my lap, and placed my hands in an awkward position. I had to remove and place my feet and hands several times so they could dry. I let her know one of the lights was not working (several times) she gave me a look. My feet were slipping in the pedi foot spa; it was very uncomfortable. Had to open a Venmo account (using one hand to type). She only accepted that as payment even though it said credit card payment accepted. She did a poor job on my gel pedi and mani. She was more focused on answering text messages than the job on hand. She stopped midway of my appointment to mix a face solution for another client who picked it up while I was there. Meanwhile, she kept looking at the time. It seems Linh will make back to back appointments and will rush to get the job done. She was vacuuming while I was still in the chair. I felt she was rushing me out of the room. Another client stepped in right after I was escorted to the tiny hallway. She did sit with me to make sure the payment on Venmo went through. Her main concern is collecting money. Not the quality of work. My belongings were not situated, I felt disgusted. I am very upset and believe she needs to be trained on nail care. I will never step foot in that tiny room again. I will be going back to my nail lady. It is a bit more money, but her work is immaculate, and her license for her training is on display. The only reason I went to Linh is because Helene, my nail lady, (Helene Pao Artistry, 4stars), was out of town. I had a horrible experience at Spa Prana and foolishly paid $90 tip included. Update: My appointment at Spa Prana was May 10th. My left pinkie nail has lifted. It's May 15. read more

This place was a little hard to find but once I did I was so glad! I forget her name but the lady that helped me was superrr nice and filled me in on all their products and services and even that a lot of their products are vegan and don't use so many harsh chemicals on your nails. (big plus) I got the manicure spa treatment and she was so attentive to my needs and used all these scrubs and lotions and even hot wax to make my skin sooo smooth and make me feel relaxed. Loved my spa pedicure! Linh is very meticulous and attentive. The scrub and warm leg wrap were wonderful and relaxing. Usually having the soles of my feet exfoliated is uncomfortable as I'm very ticklish, but Linh used a tool that made that part of the pedicure much more comfortable.
