To my utter devastation, it seems like I have had my last appointment with Pai for a while. There are many things I will miss in this area - but practically at the top of the list is Pai. Not only does she give me fantastic waxing results, she is such an awesome person. I feel grateful to have been able to take advantage of her services for over a decade and her presence in my life will be sorely missed. Cannot recommend this place enough!! Mya is AMAZING & makes my Brazilian a breeze. I can always count on a fun girly chat to get me through it (chisme makes the pain a lot more bearable ). The staff has perfected their technique, they use strips & are so fast & efficient. Much less painful than hard wax. I find Mya is very thorough & doesn't need to repeatedly go over areas + does tweezer clean up. She talks me through tough pulls & applies pressure after the pull as needed, she's a pro & is just great. I switched from being a loyal EWC girly, one of the best decisions I ever made. Better service, less pain, better prices. They don't accept tips, which is refreshing & takes pressure off after your wax. They're selective about the products they sell & don't push a sale on you, I appreciate that so much. I found that after I switched, I'm now able to go up to 6 weeks between waxes. Before I would NEED a wax at week 4. Idk if it's their wax or technique, but my hair grows back slower & thinner. Their location has a great vibe & the waiting area is very cute & welcoming. Getting a wax will almost always be painful, however their technique, experience & atmosphere make it a lot more comfortable. Consistently quick, clean, and reliable. I drive from Santa Cruz because I find that this place is actually clean for waxing services and they're quick! They don't play! I appreciate how fast they provide services because I don't have to lay in pain for more than 15 minutes usually.
