Absolutely unprofessional. I am sure this was a special case but the way it was handled was so poorly I would not recommend booking with "Bee" AT ALL. She sugared me once, the process was normal nothing special. Booked her again after since Deborah was all booked up. The day of I gave her a call to let her know that my Drs. appt was running long and i didn't think i was going to make my appointment. I left it up to her to let me know my next steps! She could have canceled and charged me the fee no problem, she could've pushed my appointment later down in her books if she had the availability, she decided to reschedule me the next weekend right there and then on the phone, I said okay! My mistake was approving the appointment before checking my calendar. She never sent an official appointment confirmation and I unfortunately forgot we had set that up over the phone. She text me a day before and her energy of the bat is rude and condescending and asking if i would be able to make this appointment. I text her back and tell her I cannot make the appointment. I never not once asked her not to charge me for a missed appointment or late cancellation or anything like that. I understand she has a business to run and I am not asking for any hand outs. I was honestly sorry for all the confusion but sometimes life happens but that's hey business have those fees in hand. I booked her one last time before my EDC trip, I am telling you I love Deborah and I was giving her daughter a chance!!! It was my first time to the fullerton location and was running a few minutes behind, I LET HER know with anticipation that was on my way but a few minutes late. As the business owner she has all the say in how she handles her business. She preferred to be condescending than professional. She could've let me know professionally that she has a 10 minute grace period and after that she can't take me. I get there and she lets me in the room was SO RUDE of the bat I still continued to get undressed and hope for the best. She came in the room starting powdering me up and started talking to me like she is my mother. I know that I am not faultless, but she had every chance to handle the situation properly and PROFESSIONALLY, I tried to respectfully tell her that it is okay she didn't need to do my sugar if she didn't want to because that's what it felt like at that point she started to want to go back and fourth with me and i had to stop her and let her know I just needed to leave. I left there crying and feeling horrible and I just don't think anybody else should go through that. read more
