Then they told me she didn't do that type of facial, even though her website didn't specify what that type of facial was. NO ONE WOULD DARE CHOOSE SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE THEIR BIOGRAPHY ON THE SAME PAGE WHERE THEY WORK AND WHO HAS ZERO RECOMMENDATIONS! They wanted to charge me 50% the cost of the service to cancel when it wasn't my fault..... really?! I'm not happy with the work done on my face. I understand, since one of the owners spoke to me apologizing at that moment, was friendly and sweet, I took a risk by staying for the new girl to do the facial, without having any references about her. Today is my second day of my nano needling facial and I noticed several scratches on my face. I am very disappointed with how my experience went at Southern Sugar and Brow. In the end, I paid the full cost of my service, I definitely won't be back. It's not about the money, but I'm really DISAPPOINTED on how the situation got handled.

I ended up half waxed in the middle with hair growing in all around it so it would look like a bald spot. Not very attractive. I called the receptionist as soon as I realized that the service did not work and she rocked. She got me to a manager who was also very professional. She offered a redo which is great and the new person I used was awesome. The only reason they got a three was because of these three people trying to make it right. The problem is the company policy. You have to have a redo in 5 days and mine was pushed to 6 days because of time constraints which was generous on the part of the manager, but the hair still did not have time to fully grow back enough where it could be rewaxed. This means still having to shave after two wasted trips because company policy doesn't allow enough time for regrowth. Tells me by the time you figure out it was a bad job, you either have to go for a half-ass repair or you hit a deadline. It was a 30 minute drive for me to get there so I won't go back.
