Don did my nails & when I was reading my book on my phone, Don pulled out a phone easel so I could view my phone easily. Wow! Pedi was quick-they put rose pedals in the water since the owner brings in fresh flowers/roses everyday. I got my eyebrows done and they were done perfectly. When I was leaving, they said if anything happens to my nails or if something is wrong, they'll fix it and I just said "they're perfect...Thank you" and they all said "bye Jennifer..see you next time"

I was assigned a nail tech I had never seen before, and the experience was nothing like what I'm used to here. She took an unusually long time to do a simple French tip manicure and pedicure, and despite repeatedly asking for the tips to be thinner, she continued making them thick and uneven. My nails literally look like McDonald's arches--crooked, bulky, unevenly filed, and poorly shaped. I originally asked for a unicorn finish, but was told it required gel, which I didn't want this time. After agreeing, it became clear there was confusion about how to do it, so I declined. Despite that, I was still given a gel French tip, which again took forever and still turned out poorly. Thankfully, one of the regular nail techs stepped in and did a great job fixing my toes--but by then the experience was already frustrating. At checkout, I was told my total was $138 for a deluxe pedicure I did not receive. We had to discuss the charges, and I ended up paying $108--still far too much for nails I hate and now have to get repainted somewhere else. I've always trusted this salon, which makes this even more disappointing. Consistency matters, and this visit missed the mark completely.

The space was clean, and the chairs were surprisingly comfortable, which made the experience even better. The technician was very friendly and did a great job cleaning up my eyebrows. I had threading done for both my brows and upper lip--she was quick, gentle, and very precise. I have sensitive skin, so I'm usually pretty picky about where I go for threading. I tend to give a place a couple of tries, but if I experience pain or irritation afterward, I won't return. Thankfully, that wasn't the case here at all. This was a great overall experience, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I found her page again and decided to book an appointment for a full-service eyebrow waxing which is $37 which is absolutely ridiculous but hey, it's her prices and I liked her work before so I opted to just go with her and pay the extremely unreasonable price anyway. I get to the appointment 5 minutes late and she tells me that she can only work on me for 5 minutes because she has someone at 5pm. OK so I understood that and continue to proceed to the appointment. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. To put the cherry on top when I get out of the appointment, the woman that was behind me was a few minutes late so she could have worked on me until the woman got there, but didn't. I never knew in my life that taking two minutes out of your day just to keep someone happy would be so harmful to your world!!! Honestly, a true spit in the face! As if everything else in the world isn't high as hell and she does some bs like this! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
