I went last Friday and good thing I got there right before 1900 as they had a sign on the door saying they were closing early, at 1900. I went today and got there just before 1800, to find another sign stating they were closing at 1700 and yet there were at least two employees inside ignoring me standing at the door. It's very frustrating having an unlimited membership where I schedule my sprays around important events, that I cannot use because you continue to close your establishment early. Had I known you were closing early, I would have come earlier, as I'm sure I'm not the only customer who feels this way.

They were outrageous and you're better off purchasing them from another shop or website. One of the lotions was over $100. I paid $15 for a sample tube of lotion, that's insane. They also sell Obagi products which is a high end professional line of skincare that should be sold by those in the specific field like a Medispa or dermatologist.

Michelle was recommended to me by my hair stylist who is amazing so I had a good feeling about her already. I had a series of sub-par hair removal experiences in the area and really needed a pro. The first time I emailed Michelle she called me back within an hour to chat briefly about my previous hair removal experiences and to explain sugaring and what it is, how it works, and why it is arguably better than waxing. She was professional and more thorough in that initial phone call than any one else I've been waxed by. The actual experience was just as great, comfortable and easy. The sugaring itself hurt a little more than waxing (tugged harder on the hairs) but I barely even had evidence of skin irritation after the appointment (WAY less than waxing), and I had zero in-growns. I am totally sold on sugaring and would recommend anyone--whether its' your first time getting hair removed or you're a seasoned vet-- go see Michelle. read more

I agree with the other posters, Michelle is such a knowledgeable, caring professional! Easy to get appointments with, great product recommendations, without feeling sold, great follow up! I had done waxing with Michelle and never enjoyed it (who could?) and didn't feel that it was getting me anywhere. Totally different experience with sugaring! FAR less painful and there is actually and end in sight! So little hair left now, after four months, that I expect to be completely hair free, where I want to be, within a visit or two. I'll admit, the grow out period is hard, but the patience and wait are proving to be very worthwhile! I highly recommend any of her services. She is top notch! read more

I loved my esthetician Amber. She did a great job! Wish I could work with her somewhere else! The reason why I will give this business a 2 star is because I had an emergency where I had to get my daughter from day care (single mom problems) and could not make my appointment. Instead of allowing 1 "grace" cancellation. They charged me the full $60. I've never missed an appointment previously. I've referred many clients to their business. Now I will be cancelling my monthly membership and NOT sending anyone to them solely because of their lack of empathy in a situation that is out of the ordinary for the client. I have been going to Michelle for several skin care services over the years because I trust her knowledge and devotion to her profession as well as her caring and friendly service. After Michelle introduced me to sugaring I knew I could never go back to waxing again. There was much less discomfort involved. In fact, it seems to minimize further each time. There is no skin irritation following the treatment and the hair growth has stopped or slowed significantly with very few, if any, ingrown hairs. Awful customer service. I was told to stay away from public spaces due to the corona virus and unfortunately had to cancel my appointment after the 24 hour window. I rebooked for 2 months out still wanting to support the business and come at a time when it was safe for me. The horrible woman on the phone was rude and condescending and told me she will be canceling my future appointment and doesn't want my business. They are not the only place around for services. I will be going else where and discouraging everyone I know to support this horrible heartless place. read more

I already knew that she did an amazing job, but being the bargain hunter that I am, the next time I decided to get my lashes done, I went for a deal at a spa in Sonoma. 2 1/2 hours later, my lashes still looked pretty bare. Desperate to get my time and money's worth, I texted Linda a picture of my lashes and asked her if she would be able to fill them for me. She was professional and kind and she got me in within a couple of days. In less than an hour, she not only removed the lashes that were barely hanging on, but filled them in, making them look feminine and elegant, just as I was hoping for. On top of everything her price was fair. Lesson learned: A low price DOES NOT always equal a good deal.

Meaning the client that had returned it. She took the but she pumped for me to try it on the top of my hand I told her it was way to light color for me. She said it adjusts to your color. I was still so stunned. I can't believe I took it. I just wanted out of there. So I ended up with a so so facial for a high cost, and a $50 bottle of used too whit of color bottle of self tanner moisturizer that I couldn't wear. Normally I speak up but it was such an unpleasant experience. I noticed on her reviews that all but the first one were from 7 years or older. I understand why. Not recommended.
