Stumbled across this business while searching for waxing in my area. I am a plus size girl who has had laser hair removal but wanted to do something different as a birthday gift to myself. After looking more at the business I found that they do sugaring which is something I've heard of but didn't know much about. Let me tell you.. as someone who waxed religiously for 10+ years prior to laser hair removal I was impressed with how much less sugaring hurts! I didn't even know Christina had started the process because I didn't feel the heat or pulling that I am used to with waxing. I wouldn't say this was pain free but it was definitely not painful like waxing where you're holding your breath and tensing up waiting for the pull. (I don't know if this has anything to do with my hair length and amount due to the laser). But I'd say maybe 2-3/10 on level of discomfort. Christina is so down to earth and I am so glad I found her and her business. She's very informative and knowledgeable about sugaring and made me feel extra comfortable on her table. Treat yourself , don't cheat yourself. Christina is amazing ! She specializes in sugaring, a method that is less harsh on your skin than hard wax. I haven't had any ingrown hairs since being serviced. I've noticed the hair takes longer to grow back because her method removes the hair from the root .
