The bed that I used for tanning was always nice and clean with a Jolly Rancher as a tanning treat. The staff was professional and helpful every visit and I looked forward to my visits. They offer other services too, so I recommend stopping in and speaking to the front desk. They will direct you to the best option for you. My only real issue was the price of all the products. They were outrageous and you're better off purchasing them from another shop or website. One of the lotions was over $100. I paid $15 for a sample tube of lotion, that's insane. They also sell Obagi products which is a high end professional line of skincare that should be sold by those in the specific field like a Medispa or dermatologist. read more

I purchased a spray tan package when they had their BOGO promotion. I asked prior to purchasing if they expired as i don't get them often but for special occasions. As i have a special occasion coming up this weekend, i go in today to get a spray tan and was told they updated their system and need to make a new account number for me since it's been a minute since i has been in. I asked if my packages rolled over on the new system and she's said she didn't see anything. And explained i should have 2 left and was told they don't expire. She then said they do in fact expire but after a certain period of time. I wouldn't mind if they expired but that's not what was communicated to me and i would've made sure to use them before then. Really frustrating and i will think twice before purchasing anymore packages moving forward. read more

I used to go their all the time.Almost daily. Kristie paid for uber for me when my daughter got hit by a train to Sacramento. That meant the world to me as I dont drive to far from home.Something came up and I wasnt going but they kept charging my credit card for months and months.I did not know I was supposed to sign a release form.Bottoms up could of called me or sent me a me a message about that as I was going almost everyday.I absolutely loved that place. This is by far the best tanning and spa services in the county. They offer awesome, affordable packages. I've tried almost everything. The kryo therapy is my new favorite. I work a full time job and run my own business. On my feet almost 16 hours a day. I've suffered from inflammation in all of my joints for over a year and in one session all of my pain dramatically lessened. I'm hooked! For someone that despises the cold, that says a lot. While waiting for the spray tan machine to free up, a middle aged woman who forgot to take her Xanax that morning came in and stated she forgot her goggles. The goggles are a required item for both the tanning beds and red light therapy, a policy the salon has posted at the front desk. The woman went into a rage when she was told, professionally and courteously, that she'd need to purchase some before using the machines. She stormed out of the salon while screaming at the employee, only to come back in minutes later, slamming a $10 bill on the counter and cursing at the poor guy. I was impressed with how well both employees handled the deranged woman because it was taking everything in me not to say something to her and she wasn't even screaming at me. I came here back in 2018 and it was a great place but i has stopped tanning for a while even before COVID and decided to start again. I called about two weeks ago (haven't had a chance to post) to ask if an appointment was needed to tan and the woman who answered was rude. She didn't say anything directly rude to me but her tone, attitude was all wrong and unwelcoming. When I asked questions, she seemed bothered and it seemed like she didn't want to be there. Either way... her customer service over the phone and unwelcoming attitude is what completely turned me away. They lost out on a customer who ended up paying 200.00 in products plus a membership at another tanning place I found afterwards.
