I used the live footage feed which the app does NOT allow you to screenshot or screen record (of course to protect them) and the daycare worker shoved my son into a table. Full force SHOVED him. His dad wrote a review however that one is now mysteriously not showing up. When we enrolled him we let them know our son was possibly on the spectrum and they were welcoming and said they'd had kiddos before and were equipped to handle it but apparently not. When we enrolled him we advised them on his allergies and restrictions yet they were unable to actually feed him anything or actually abide by it which resulted in us bringing food for him. The only issue is that they left his food sitting out in the open unrefrigerated so his lunch was sitting out for 5+ hours before even being consumed. Talk about foodborne illness. Chelsea was absolutely no help in any situation and of course took the side of the daycare and the sitters. I understand it's a difficult job, almost underpaid but at the very least do not take on something you don't think you can handle and do not toy with allergens, illnesses and child abuse

I won't name names (the owners know who they are), It's like any other failing company: It begins from the top down. Take a good hard look beyond the facade and a couple positive reviews on this platform. Do you really trust three or four reviews in several years for your child anyway? You may like what you see on the surface but likely because there is a significant lack of decent programs in this area. Older children may not be as affected but the 1-3 age group is undeniably neglected. The "owner" who seems to carry this flag in some altruistic manner is not only rude, but a complete flop. Never present in almost a year we have only met upper management twice. If there was ever an issue to discuss, good luck addressing it. Yes. These facilities are for sale and probably will be sold to a different management group for the same reason they couldn't keep staff there. We quickly began to feel uncomfortable leaving our child here. I care VERY little of a company's "difficulties", especially if it is to keep staff employed. Staffing isn't staffing when it comes to the well being of your child. To them this means employees. To you this means leaving your child with a stranger. If this is in the 1-3 age group who can't speak for themselves I take this very seriously. A stranger to you, and a stranger to your child. This happened all too often. Most of the permanent teachers are decent, who just so happened to call in sick more often than not. Likely because of a lack of resources and poor management. Personally, I don't give a ---- about excuses, Especially when it comes to my children. At this age group, when I leave my child in the care of someone else, I expect them to be taken care of by the same people each and every day, or at least individuals they know so that they (and we) feel safe and comfortable. This is why we're no longer there. It is your child that stays here, not you. We experienced teachers (subs) who not only left us feeling uncomfortable, but were downright reportable. Never under any circumstances should a day care operate in the manner that they have. Particularly worse than that, the management staff (if you can find them) is not capable of managing this. If any staff remains by the time they finish treating everyone like garbage, your child won't see yet another stranger. As a customer you are a number and god willing you will get help that you may seek with the buyout. Good luck to them in the future, though I don't really mean that. If good intentions are what they seek, they wouldn't have neglected their business, especially a business where the well being of our sons and daughters are at stake. A very holier than thou attitude by management and a reason most staff is jumping ship. Customer beware.

It is so hard to leave your baby all day while you head to work, but the teachers in the infant room are so loving to all the babies that it has made it much easier on me. He smiles when he hears them and the other babies and it makes me so happy to know that he is somewhere safe and well cared for all day. They are usually at capacity though, so if you are interested in this daycare, you better get on the list as soon as you find out your pregnant. You won't regret it though. I seriously cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

I'm on CCS and going back to work. The staff refused to let my girls in daycare today over $5.50 from a late fee. I paid them $91 on Monday to cover all meals until August 14th and had a late fee already added to the total. I was struggling to pay for the meals since I just started working on July 18th. Then the girls and I were sick from July 28th and could not return to school/work until August 7th per doctor's orders. I missed an entire week of work. Kaitlyn, the owner's daughter, was very aggressive with me when I tried talking to her. She said everyone has had struggles and too bad. She escalated the situation by following me all the way out to the parking lot, berating me and yelling that it was their policy, and she would be reporting me to CCS for failure to pay. I'm so upset that my babies were there and how unprofessional she was. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
