My own children don't attend here, but hearing the way the kids were being spoken to was upsetting enough that I felt compelled to yell out my window for them to stop. Daycare staff have difficult jobs, but young children deserve patience, kindness, and respectful guidance. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, because no child should be made to feel scared or ashamed by the adults responsible for caring for them. EDIT!! 06/12/26 i ended up calling the school as soon as this happened to inform them of what was going on outside, the director ended up calling me back and saying they are going to be reviewing cameras and making this right and just very reassuring making my 1 star review a better one. staff do seem to care.

I'm paying $170 every week just to come pick him up after a few hours because you don't have enough staff? So why would they say there was a spot available for him in the first place? So after 2 weeks of this I start looking for another daycare, but lo and behold the office lady called me in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon 3 weeks after my son started and said that today would be his last day, he is taking longer than normal to adjust and they just don't have the staff to deal with it. IN THE MIDDLE OF A WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. Thank God I work from home so we weren't completely screwed, but how unprofessional can you get? Do not, I repeat do not bring your babies to this place!! My son is a very happy natured boy, but every time I pulled in to drop him off he started screaming bloody murder. He absolutely hated it here. I submitted a cease & desist notice along with the court order & a staff member called me back to say "dad sent us a letter this morning authorizing us".... when I said ok but I sent you a letter denying it AND a court order, so you're telling me your "contact" trumps a court order?, she replied "it's irrelevant to us" & that they would continue to defy orders signed by a district judge with utter disregard to the other parent's demands/choices. So lets begin with, do not expect your child to be givin there medical treatments or medicine even if its docotor required and a note is given stating they need to be given, because the managment team WILL NOT GIVE IT!!!! You can call for a restroom break for hours and they'll laugh and say ''we didn't hear you'', you can ask for time off due to family deaths or emergences and they will run their mouth about you behind your back, the changing table in the infant room doesn't have any safety straps on it, one of the bottle warmers is broken, I asked numerous times for my pay stub info while employed and never got it , then had to fight tooth to nail to get it after i quit, finally got it and was promised my clock in and clock out sheets by the owner Paul and still have yet to get them, the infant room wreaks of urine, employees working in there have asked for new cribs and none were given, the only benefit of working here is the children and the other workers i had gotten to work with and make friends with, management is horrible and so is the ownership of this place.
