I did some research, found and met with Jackie, and immediately felt comfortable with her. We've never left our pups alone overnight and I had quite a bit of trepidation doing so on this trip--Jackie immediately put our minds at ease, right from the first night away. We received daily reports on how the pups were doing; photos, e-cards, videos and text messages. We could not have asked for a more professional, caring or thorough person to look after our dogs. I'm fairly certain the pups are still looking for Jackie at her scheduled arrival times (even though we've been home for a little more than a day now). If you need a sitter, I can't recommend Jackie highly enough!

Been taking my cavapoo to Canine to Five for grooming for a year. I never had any issues until this…read morepast Tuesday. The groomer Lauren said he was matted on his ears and neck so he needed to be short. My son picked up our dog because I was at work. When I arrived home and saw my dog I was FURIOUS! He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.

Minor children were expected to administer medication without proper training, veterinary knowledge, or supervision. In my opinion, this is unsafe and irresponsible. During my time associated with this place, I became aware of multiple dogs becoming severely ill, and in one instance, I personally reported that a dog was clearly very sick. My concerns were ignored. The following day, that dog died from a low blood sugar episode. The lack of urgency and care was devastating and unacceptable. The building itself is old, run-down, and unsanitary. It frequently smells of urine and feces, and cleanliness appears to be a very low priority. I also witnessed aggressive dogs in the daycare area, and there were incidents where dogs were bitten by other dogs that did not get reported. There is no surveillance or camera system, so while you're away on vacation, you have no way to know whether your pet is safe or being properly cared for. In my experience, staff do not proactively notify owners if their pet becomes sick or worse, you only find out when you arrive to pick them up. It felt like profits mattered more than transparency or compassion. Employees.... especially young workers trying to get their first job experience, they are treated poorly. The owner is extremely rude and verbally abusive, not only toward staff but also toward paying customers and, from what I observed, animals as well. I have reported this facility to the City of Canton and to the ASPCA. Given what I witnessed, I genuinely do not understand how this business is still operating. For the safety of your pets and peace of mind, please choose another boarding facility. This place needs serious investigation and accountability.

Wanted to love the experience. Nope. Boarded our 2 dogs (7yr basset hound; 1 year cavapoo) both…read moreintact males. The low hanging one (hound) came home with a large bright red sore on his testicles. The other, (cavapoo), his testicles were black. Within a few days, the skin sloughed off to become a large "hotspot" type wound. Frostbite? Salt? ‍ No one noticed the bright red sore hanging between my dogs legs. And their demeanor was definitely NOT one of concern. Didn't even care. Adding insult to injury..... no one even apologized. Like it's an everyday thing for both your dogs to come home physically injured. Those dogs were left in their care. I may as well have left them in the back yard and tossed 4 days worth of food over the fence. Very dissatisfied And let's not forget the owner was supposed to get back with me. She did not. I had to ring her 2 days after the day I was told she would call.
