His face is dirty, one ear hair is longer than the other, there's a cut across his neck. His cut was terrible, and I really don't think he got a bath, because they called to pick him up in 35 minutes. There were to many dogs there. For the price they charge. Now I have to find somewhere else to take him to get this fixed. I will not let him suffer again like this.

She always gives him the best cuts, cleans his ears and trims his nails-she even gives him cute bandanas around all of the holidays and takes a Polaroid picture that she gives you when you pick your dog up! Her prices are half of what you would pay any where else. Denise's shop is extremely clean and is decorated like a cute little cottage. The one reviewer who mentioned that their dog got fleas after being groomed there, must have already had fleas before going there. There is no way that there is even one flea in the place! Denise takes as good care of her shop, as she does the animals she grooms. I highly recommend her.

Why do hundreds of companies I've ordered from the last 30 years have this option? Are you aware how many million dollars this costs your company?. Now read this mind blowing experience from your Dearborn Mi store yesterday.  After trying several times to order online for the 20% off sale, I gave up and went to the store a few hours later, now it's really good. I asked a young lady working in the aisle stocking to help me. She listens and says let me talk with the manager on the radio. She tells me Sarah said easy just go to the front and purchase a gift card for the amount you want to spend. Sounds great. I picked up 2 bags of Dry Dog food, the same as in the online shopping cart. I did exactly what the manager said, purchasing the card then took a seat on a flatbed cart to order. Note this all happened just outside the manager Sarah's office in front of the store.  Now this crazy vengeful Manager Sarah sends a lady employee out to tell me and the cashier, while looking directly at that most orders take 1,2,and most likely 3 hours to be ready for pickup. Bullshit I have my cart right here and did what Sarah said, she made no mention of any time to receive. Sarah actually sent the employee out of her office to rile me up.  Well it worked totally pissed off, lied to by your store manager Sarah FIRE HER.  Gets even better after going back and forth. She said didn't you read the fine print on the order you just placed, hell no I didn't because you told me how to order. She finally said I don't like the way you are talking to me and I should just cancel your order. As a manager myself for 30 years in retail this would get me fired as Sarah definitely should be. I'm to review this on a dozen sites and send it to the board of directors and corporate offices. All this because you are 30 years behind the times to use a credit card for online orders.
