With Abbie's help, we made small changes to have a more consistent training vocabulary between my husband and me. She also gave us great tips & tricks. I also LOVE that she has a Facebook group for all her clients - we've had a couple of puppy play dates already! Her rates are reasonable and transparently disclosed on her website! So beyond training, she also has field trips (training WITH her in environments with distractions) as well as adventures (where she takes your pup(s) out!) We had Abbie come by to take Benny on an adventure so that we could have some 1:1 training time with Jette. She took ADORABLE pictures of Benny on his adventure. No problem, but today I was lightweight scolded by the Manager: Brittany. She told me that it only takes 5mins for the service. It in fact does not. She told me it was put into notes that I was to stay in store? Then if that was the case, why she did not tell me. In fact why didn't anyone else mention it on prior services? Today I paid for a Pawdicure, and only received a nail trim. Yes, I called to complain and now I'm asking for a full Refund. When I asked the manager about my dogs paws and the residue and hair, she said I have to request that. If you pay for a Pawdicure why do I need to reiterate that, it's included..... SMH!
