Glass doors, shoe shrine, hanging spaces for long dresses, plenty of drawers, jewelry drawers, and tons of shelves. Our closets are 10 feet tall, and they are a whole room in themselves. The color we chose, with Sophia's help, was Fawn. It turned out perfectly, because it is a near match for our other cabinets in our home, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room cabinets. Gorgeous closet and absolutely a beauty to behold. Erik and Luke from Penmarc Inspired Spaces installed the Preston closet. They arrived early at our home, were very professional, and did an amazing job installing the Preston. They were extremely prepared and executed the project well. They understood the vision, and were able to put together my dream closet. They even finished the job early, taking only 2 days to complete the install although they were scheduled to complete it in 3 days. My husband knew they were perfect for the job, because the first thing Erik did was tape the plans and renderings on each wall, so he and Luke had visual guides for every space. Very organized, thorough, and efficient! I had such a horrible experience with my Elfa closets (another Container Store product) being installed by Ace Hardware, that I was going to cancel my Preston order. I am so thrilled that Sophia helped me understand that the Preston install would be different, as Penmarc's team truly knew what they were doing. They have worked on Preston and Elfa closets for years. If only my Elfa closets had been installed by Penmarc, Erik, and Luke! It would have saved me a lot of stress, frustration, and heartache. The receptionist was apologetic and had to track her down. Nazarena eventually called me at 4:15 PM and arrived around 4:30 PM, later admitting that she had written down the wrong appointment time. When she arrived, I explained that I needed to leave by 5:15 PM for another commitment. Despite the shortened appointment window caused by her late arrival, I tried to explain my vision for the project. What surprised me was the lack of design input. As a homeowner, I'm hiring a designer because I want professional ideas, creativity, and recommendations. Instead, I felt like I was expected to provide most of the direction. Nazarena took measurements and worked on a rough design and quote. Before leaving, she confirmed my email address and told me she would send everything later that day. As of the following day, I had received no email, phone call, or text message. This was especially disappointing given the earlier scheduling issue. My wife and I are investing in what we consider our forever home. We're not financing the project and are prepared to pay for quality work and service. Throughout this process, I've met with several designers, contractors, and builders, and most have been attentive, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope Closet Factory addresses these communication and customer service issues because first impressions matter, especially when customers are making significant investments in their homes.

For context I did a small remodel and there was a lot of items relocated to the guest room and garage to create room and they never made it back to their spaces or out of the house. I finally realized I needed help so I looked around online and found Two Organized. From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana! The system they organized my items into is super easy to follow, everything is labeled, its just so beautiful and peaceful. Seriously the quality of my life has improved so much being able to use my guestroom without a thought, both closets organized and clearly visible. During the visit, one of the workers took change from my counter and knocked my laundry room door off its track without notifying me or attempting to fix it. These actions were unprofessional and unacceptable. The pricing was also inconsistent and confusing. The Thumbtack listing indicated a $95 per hour base rate, yet I was quoted $450 for four hours. When a quote is given, it is typically understood to represent the total cost. However, the job only took about 2 1/2 hours. When I emailed for clarification and requested an itemized invoice, I was told their work wasn't really based on hourly rates, and I never received an itemized invoice at all. This made it difficult to understand how the charges were determined. While the tasks were eventually completed, the lack of punctuality, transparency, and communication left me disappointed. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable using this service again or recommending it to others.
