She had never had it done personally, but heard from people who had and they liked it. That was about enough I needed to take a leap and try this place out. The one I go to is in DT Kirkland, as that is the closest to me and I really don't like driving in Seattle. My first time I went was amazing. I had Melissa who has since gone to one of the Seattle locations. I LOVED her. She quickly greeted me when I first walked into the door and was able to see me right away. Our conversation was great and she didn't make me feel awkward. I loved the results I had after this first appointment. And I honestly didn't need to come back as soon as I did, but I needed a touch up before my husband came home from a long trip. The second time I wasn't as impressed with my esthetician, or the customer service, but the results are keeping me intrigued. I can always switch eestheticians for my next appointment so it's no big deal. I do wish on Saturday's though they had a little more of a flow. The sugarwax is a lot less painful for me than a regular Brazilian and now I could never go back to regular wax.
