My husband and I went for a prenatal massage and a 30 min express massage. Front Desk was great! My prenatal Masseus was kind. Mainly focused on pressure points when I asked for more relaxation than tension relief. My husband did not have a good interaction with the express massage. During the massage my husband adjust his position as he was getting uncomfortable. The masseus stepped back with her hands up and said "are you done moving? You're hurting my hands." Chris is a genius at relaxation! His head and neck massage is divine-I'm practically floating after a session. He's so skilled, I almost always fall sleep, but he still works out those knots in my muscles. Thorough, professional, and Kind, it was a high-end quality session to the end. Awesome & Relaxing! Marisol is the best! It had been a while since I got a massage so I booked an appt for a Swedish Massage at Still Spa. I am glad I did as it was a really amazing experience from the check-in process to the massage. On entering , I was greeted in the lobby, offered a champagne and was then shown the locker room. I changed into a robe and continued sipping my champagne while waiting for Marisol. She asked me the pressure level and once she started I just felt all the stress and tension melting away. I drifted into a relaxed state and enjoyed every bit of the ~50 min massage. She then gave me a glass of citrus water while walking me out. Overall this is a 5 star experience and I will be returning more frequently. They have monthly specials which is an added bonus. Came here for a massage and an express facial. I got the bliss facial where you get to choose your aromatherapy oil. It was relaxing and the lady doing the massage was average. I have had better massages for the same price at other places. The express facial is a joke. Try and avoid this. It was not relaxing. The lady doing it was harsh on the face and was clearly in a rush to finish it. The express facial was to last for 30 mins but mine ended in 17 mins. Not impressed! The restrooms don't have any towels, so if you want to take a shower then you've got to use the robe to wipe yourself down. Not good! There is mouthwash in the restroom but no paper cup to take it in to swish. Just the bottle! There are hair dryers but no plastic throwaway hair brushes. It's very sad that you pay so much money with limited service. Not impressed! read more

My wife and I booked massages with Still and they were great. The only negative I could point out is we had booked for the same time, with different services, and yet when called back to the rooms, they had us swapped. My wife ended up getting my targeted massage and I got her Swedish. Again, the services were excellent, I would just recommend the therapists clarify which services they are providing before walking back into the rooms. We will be back again for sure. read more

A big disappointment. Apparently this spa had won an award at some point - clearly not now - which is why I'd booked our bridal party here for manis +/- pedis. The two stars are for the person who I was in email contact with (Echo) as well as one of the technicians (Amy), who both did a great job at performing their respective services, as one might've hoped for the high prices charged. The disappointment was that half our group's manis were done by a lady who clearly had no idea what a manicure is. We had a similar experience to Anna S, wherein the technician filed the nails at different lengths and shapes, and didn't even do any cuticle work. Any of us could have done a better job with zero training. When we told the receptionist, she charged those with the clueless tech for a classic mani minus the Shellac (although some people didn't even get Shellac but still ended up paying for a mani when all they really got was nail polish and uneven nails). However, given that it was my friend's bridal party, we didn't want to make a fuss at the time. After the fact I'd emailed the spa to see if anything could be done to remedy the situation. After a month of waiting to hear from their management (to whom the email had been forwarded by their staff), I can only assume they don't give a hoot, much like their tech. Which is too bad, because when you go to a place with prices like this you really expect good service at least when the skills fall short. All in all a thorough disappointment. The staff are lovely. I've been a client for several years and over time the services are more expensive and not the full time noted on the website. For example, another client had a spa pedicure and I was rushed through a mani and pedicure in the same period of time. My daughter had the same services and had about 15 minutes longer. My husband got me a gift card for Christmas so I could get a massage and facial. The masseuse was very kind but our interactions were awkward and I felt uncomfortable :( we had some weird miscommunications. She felt new. During my facial the esthetician asked if I'd ever had my face dermaplaned and I said oh I have but it was a long time ago. She began to explain the process and I said okay, referencing to the process. 5 minutes later she starts dermaplaning my face. I never agreed to it, she never flat out asked me would you like this today or did she explain the upcharge. Obviously she began shaving my face I couldn't really tell her to stop. I was so upset because I actually hated getting my face dermaplaned when I had done it in the past. The locker room area with the sauna and shower is really small, I'm glad I went at a non peak time so I could utilize it. But I would have felt fairly uncomfortable with even two more people in there. Needless to say I was a little sad about the outcome of my Christmas present :( it was fine, a little strange for me to have weird interactions with both the masseuse and esthetician. Do not recommend this spa for pedicures if you expect your service to be on time and get the full time you pay for. I booked a classic pedicure during my lunch hour from Noon-1, which is supposed to be a 60min service. While I was there on time, at 12:15 I had to go to the front desk and ask when my service would start as I'd booked an hour starting at noon over my lunch break. The technician came out and was like, "sorry I went over with my last client, I'll get you out by 1pm." So I got shorted 15mins of my service and yet still got charged the full price. Disappointing experience all around, and I will definitely not be back as I don't return to places that do not respect their client's times. read more

Clean, beautifully appointed spa on the edge of the lake. The massage table was so very adjustable that I felt like I was floating the whole time. The massage therapist, I forget her name (tall lady), was excellent. My only gripe is with already very high prices, they add 20% tip on your bill. Expect to pay $330 for a 90 min massage. read more

This was my 1st ever 'spa' experience. I went through the whole process -massage and separate facial without changing into a robe. Haa ha, I feel stupid now but also understand that The staff should have offered to explain the process. We arrived with no one at the desk and waited a few minutes. Shown to the lounging room and champagne was mentioned as I was whisked away by the massage therapist before I even sat down. Put my clothes back one over salty skin (yuck). Returned to front desk whom thought I was done I guess? Then find out I was to return to wait for a facial -which again, was awkward with street clothes on. Especially considering that a whole group of girls with robe's on and champagne in glasses surrounded me as we wait. Were there lockers I was supposed to put my purse and coat in?? This was a gift and surprise from my boyfriend whom delivered me there. We should have been told to arrive an hour before the massage appointment I'm guessing? (Our fault that we showed up 5minutes into our appointment time. But I would have preferred to cut time into the massage to be better prepared for the experience. I am scared to know how much this 3 hour treat cost-especially considering the 25% gratuity! I did love the facial service (1st time ever) only difficulty was having Corduroy pants on! I would never express any discomfort to my awaiting bf whom wanted to surprise me with an experience of my lifetime. Came for a pedicure. Nice pedicure with clean and pleasant facility for nails. No issues with the quality of service as seen on prior reviews. Maybe they got new staff. The ancillary facilities were nice but small and nothing special. Pretty standard hotel spa. There was a dry sauna, shower, and seating area that was cozy although the "fireplace" was just a strange video (?) that gave off zero heat. This review is for the manicure and pedicure "service" I just received at the SPA. It was done by an Asian looking lady, unfortunately I don't know her name as she didn't have a badge. I am attaching a photo of my freshly done "manicure", the manicure that does not even have nails properly filed, straight and even! I am not talking about removing cuticle or other stuff you are supposed to get at the manicure. I wish I could take a photo of the nail polish application on my toes, sloppy, smudged and all bubbled, but the nail polish is too dark for it to be seen on the photo. I had to reject polishing my nails once I saw how it was applied to my toe nails! I would put zero stars if I could. Pedicure: I loved it! The person did my nails who was an Asian girl was so good at what she was doing. She was very careful and I was very satisfied with the result. Massage: it was great! My therapist definitely knew what she was doing and she could figure out what I needed to work on. Facial: the person did my facial was so experienced, she had 15 years of experience so I trusted her a lot. Facial was relaxing and my skin felt awesome afterwards. Oh and I had to mention they use all natural and organic everything. There are paid parking garages in the area that are free after 7pm weekdays and free on the weekends. They do not validate complete parking-1.5hrs. Body massage was awesome-Ruth was my therapist. I was not happy about facial although therapist was nice as I got allergic reaction post facial. I was feeling itchy during facial and I asked therapist if that was normal I had facial couple of times before but never had allergic reaction or redness. So not very happy about that. It is sad that they did not ask to revisit in few days for complimentary treatment. I believe the creams they use for facial were strong. After staying here many times we finally got an appointment. I got a facial and my husband a massage. The facial was good. It was not great, or super relaxing but it was good and addressed my skin concern . The massage on the other hand was a joke. We came here for relaxation and pain relief, not for an hour long question and answer, while getting what my husband referred to as "petted". The massage therapist was super loud, I could hear her talking the WHOLE time during my facial across the hallway. Needless to say my husband left in more pain then when we arrived as hearing her talk made his nerves super tight. The only reason I gave three stars was for the facial. If I was rating on the massage I would rate it "give me a full refund and pay me for your therapy" charge. Sadly Not inclined to ever come back here for services, but will defiantly stay at the hotel. For a massage just go downtown and get a pedicure, the massage is much more relaxing and fulfilling. read more

No offense to my therapist she did a great job but I had a lot of knots so it was delightfully painful, lol, but this rainfall shower with jets coming at your sides and your back all at the same time was probably the most relaxed I've ever felt in my life! News flash! The Spa at the Woodmark has new ownership. The fantastic folks at Northwest Face, also in Carillon Point, now own the business. They held their grand reopening yesterday, and the place looks gorgeous. There is a nail bar with about 8 luxury pedicure baths, beautiful waiting areas, many massage and treatment rooms. They were demo-ing chocolate body treatments, eyebrow threading, massage, spa facials, and more during the event. They also have a tasteful, easy to access retail space dedicated to the skin care products and make up normally found only in dermatology offices. Disclaimer: my husband is a physician assistant doing medical and aesthetic dermatology at Northwest Face. Still, it is wonderful to see the place under new, top notch ownership. read more

I really can't say enough good things about this place. The front desk receptionist is kind, attentive and always keeps me informed. she really sets a great tone for the ambiance of the Spa. My favorite massage therapist is Christine- she has made so much of my pregnancy aches go away and makes the message experience very special for me. Nikkio is my esthetician and she is had taken my very dry and dehydrated skin and replenished is natural glow! She set me up with an at-home treatment plan what has just been a godsend to my skin. All the other rooms are closed at this time but this doesn't take away from the experience in any way. As a matter a fact I believe they have taken customer experience to a truly special place with covid being such a big part of our every day lives! $175 for Chocolate Facial Honestly I did not like this service for my face. It was recommended to help hydrate my skin..but what happened during the session was constantly scrubbing my face with a sponge and the products were stinging my face the whole entire time. Towards the end of my session, she applied sunscreen on my skin and it burned as well.. Coming home and after my warm shower, my face was so dried out and red, my skin was starting to look like rosacea.. it looked overly scrubbed from the sponge. I even tried using my normal skin products and it also stings... OUCH! Sorry I won't be getting facials from here anymore.. even if the customer service is nice.. the products are harsh on my skin, even though they tell you it is Eco friendly and natural.. read more

I had an amazing experience during my visit at the Still Spa this morning! Echo did a wonderful job running the front, offering me a robe and slippers and making sure i knew how to operate the lockers. When i was leaving, i didn't even have to ask to validate my parking as she offered before i could even think about it! My 60 minute organic custom facial was relaxing and refreshing. About a year ago I attended a Yelp elite event here. I knew then that the next time I wanted a massage, this was the place to go. So naturally, for my birthday I decided to invest in myself and have a spa day. From start to finish, it was the perfect way to relax. 1)Valet is free for spa guests......awesome!!! 2)The women's locker room is spacious enough, the locks are easy to figure out and the dry sauna is an added bonus. 3) The waiting room was comfortable and calming. They even had chocolate covered strawberries and current magazines! As well as an assortment of teas and water bottles. 4) I chose the 90 minute Aroma Design Bar Customized Journey. THIS IS SO COOL!!!!!! My therapist Taylor took me to a little station set up with oils and fragrances and an ipad where I took a short quiz. I'm very familiar with scents and notes so I did the more advanced one. In no way was I expecting to recieve a GIANT JAR of my scent mixed with shea butter to take home!!! It led me to believe it would be a small vial!! Now I have the most beautifully scented lotion to remind me of this wonderful relaxing day. They used pure oil during my massage so my lotion wouldn't be wasted. What a magnificent idea...I recommend everyone get this option!! 5) I'm on my feet for almost 10/12 hours a day but don't have any major aches and pains...Taylor is an absolute pro!!!!! She found pressure points I didn't know existed and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling like a bowl of jello, in the best way possible!! 6) Champagne was offered at every stage. Pre and post massage, as well as during my pedicure. 7)I chose the Luxury Pedicure that included a standard shape/buff/polish with a scrub, extended massage and paraffin treatment. I think her name was Kay that assisted me. She did a fantastic job with the polish and respected that I didn't wish to chat the entire time....I was so relaxed, it was hard to form sentences!! I only wish she applied a little more pressure during the massage. However, I didn't speak up so there's no way she could've known. All in all, I won't go ANYWHERE else for a massage. The spa itself is gorgeous. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and is what you would expect to see when you walk in. I had my wedding reception at the Woodmark Hotel and booked an appointment for myself and my wedding party to have mani/pedis at the Spa the day before the ceremony. Everything was horrible as soon as we showed up. The staff (reception aside) was rude and acted as if we were bothering them. No one smiled or made us feel good while we were there. Then to top it off the person who did my nails filed my toes so aggressive I had to make her stop because she filed it till it was bleeding. I didnt want to cause a scene as I was already feeling so uncomfortable and put off so I just paid for everyone and left. I will never go back to the spa or recommend it to anyone I know. read more

I love the Woodmark property. It pains me to share negatively about their spa. First, the receptionist at the spa is great. And the services I have had at The Still Spa were provided in a timely manner. Also, the practitioners were nice and the spa is quiet, which I love. But the facilities are tired looking and the amenities are sub par and the skill-set for the two practitioners I worked with were disappointing. With that, I won't be going back unless I hear they have made updates or are revamping their aesthetic and stepping up their game with staff training. read more

My mom and I both got services today at the Spa at Woodmark. I took advantage of the Bloomspot offer they had. I purchased the Skin Bella Dermabrasion, and got my mom the Organic Green facial, Stonecrop. The skinny: The ambiance is inviting, chic and the receptionist polite and professional. We were offered tea/ water and the citrus green tea was a nice way to get us started. Yasko (hope the spelling is correct) did my Skin Bella Dermabrasion. She was wonderful! The room was low lit and the table was a heated cocoon. Ahhhh.. Yasko explained the benefits and differences btwn granulated microderms and Skin Bella. She was informative and her presence soothing. Her technique was confident .. really just flawless. The extractions were done nimbly and for such a wet procedure, there were no mishaps. I loved the color, texture and tone of my skin afterwards. WOW!! I wholeheartedly recommend Skin Bella Dermabrasion. Ask for Yasko! (5 stars for Yasko and this particular treatment) Now the reason for 4 star review: My mom is recently windowed. I wanted her to have a nice pampering treatment done and have been trying to get her to switch to more natural/organic skincare line. One of the main reasons of booking her a facial here, was for her to to get the Organic Green Facial, Stonecrop. I went in first for my service and 5 minutes later, my mom went in. However when I was done my mom was waiting for me. (about 5-7 mins) Her service was at least 10 less time than mine. On top of that, she did not get the stonecrop mask. They used a mask from another line that was NOT organic. Looking at the ingredient list, I saw a handful of "redflag" ingredients. ie Propylene Glycol. My mom has drier skin with sun damage. From the website description this facial was perfect for both concerns. If her esthetician decided to go with a "richer" mask, she should of stayed with Eminance. This was supposed to be an ORGANIC GREEN FACIAL. I wanted to purchase some organic Eminance products for her today, but I was irked that my mom got less pampering time and had this other mask used on her. My mom is Korean and her English is "so-so" She is not used to getting facials, as this is only the 2nd one she has had. (15 years ago was the last one) So, it doesn't take much to make her happy. She was curious as to why her service was done faster than mine, but I smoothed it over, saying that mine just takes longer. I didn't want anything to mar her "relaxed" state. So, where my mom is concerned, she's a happy camper. But, I thought I'd point out these blips. Would we go back? Yes. Next time, I'll be sure to ask for an Esthetician that will be less hurried and will stick to using Eminance on my lil momma. read more

I called twice to make an appointment, the first time waiting on HOLD for 10 minutes before I hung up. The European Facial I received was very nice but average and I was thankful I had come with my 50% off Living Social coupon. All the products she promoted during the facial were OUT of stock when I inquired at checkout. With one person on staff, and on the phone it took almost 15 minutes to to pay. I attended a really fun Pumpkin Spice & Pampering is Nice event and hosted two guests. The location is amazing. We had a wonderful time. I enjoyed my manicure, and facial and appetizers and beverages. My only frustration was that it wasn't enough to be validated. I still owed $3 when I left. I think the validation is only good 90 minutes or 2 hours. I am looking forward to doing more events at Still Spa. I am looking forward to seeing it after the remodel. read more

Came to the spa for a mini-bridal weekend with my aunt, cousin, and mom. I'm getting married in July so they wanted to treat me to a spa day. I was so excited! Well, got there and was disappointed in the amenities. Oh well, at least I was getting a massage. I filled out the forms, said I wanted firm pressure. Finally, after waiting in the small waiting/relaxation room that was extremely crowded, my name was called. Yay, finally massage time! Well, I get to my room and my masseuse (I wish I remembered her name) told me if I wanted firm pressure, it's technically deep tissue which is $15 more than my Swedish. I said no thanks, but could she still do firm pressure? She said no problem. But I didn't realize her definition of firm pressure was as light as a feather. And although I was to have a 60 min Swedish massage, she only massaged me for 45-50 mins. Really unfortunate since it's a beautiful spa in a nice hotel. read more

LOVE this place! My fiancé has given me gift certificates here a few times and I've always enjoyed it. The relaxation lounge is lovely and they provide complimentary sparkling wine, which is awesome. The reason I'm taking the time to write this review though is because I just had my bachelorette party here and it was amazing! There was a slight scheduling snafu, but the supervisor Alyssa went above and beyond to make it right. I admire that kind of customer service, especially when I was getting to the point of borderline bridezilla status. They took such great care of us! Definitely an experience that my bridesmaids and I will remember forever. Our pedicures were amazing and the atmosphere there is so comfy and luxurious. Okay, I have limited experience at spas, but I considered this an incredible experience. Staff were attentive and focused on making my experience memorable. First a one hour massage, then a 1 hour facial finished with a pedicure. I have has lots of massages over the years. The one I received here was fine. Not remarkable but worth it none the less. I had never had a facial nor had I ever had a pedicure. The aesthetician (Laura) was interesting and fun to chat with during the "exercise". As a life long redneck I have to admit, both the facial and the pedicure were awesome and extremely relaxing. I was asked if I wanted my nails polished... not happening while I am still breathing! But seriously, the three hour experience was great and the Still Spa and staff were quite wonderful. read more
