They didn't have my relative's medication there, so my relative was suppose to suffer in pain or have a stroke. They didn't care. Why didn't they make sure before my relative came that all the medication was there. The rooms look outdated. Food was cold, bland, and disgusting. It took nurse aide an hour to answer my relative to take to bathroom. They put my relative in a room that had a leaking toilet, water all over the floor. They didn't care to switch rooms, get emergency maintenance, or use bed pan so my relative wouldn't have to walk in wet. They didn't care if my relative got wet, my relative had pneumonia and couldn't get wet.

She came from another facility that truthfully made it difficult to visit her because it was so depressing. Yes it was cheaper but the difference in the quality of care is unmeasurable. She has been treated like family by the staff there and that will always make the staff there family to us. The rooms and facilities are beautiful and visiting family are welcomed as if it is the resident's home (because it is). One of the nicest things to see is the activities that are offered to all residents. Crafts, off site trips, church services, in house events and outdoor courtyard activities that promote comradery and friendships among the residents are amazing. It was one of the best feelings when my mom saw another resident and stated "There is my friend!!!" My mom started in their Assisted Living, has been in Rehab there and will now be in Hospice. We are happy to trust her in their care as we know she will be surrounded with caring people and friends. So happy we moved her here. Thanks again The Oaks!!!!!

She didn't need much PT or OT and could get to restroom on own. So i cant speak to those needing more help than that. i do know that everyones experience in rehab is different depending on how serious their health issues are. Janae and Leontyne were tremendous in their care. Andrew who runs the bistro was fantastic! The food was so good. It was all made there Lots of choices were given and you could substitute for something differnt The facility is clean and beautifully designed. Our only complaint is that she had Room 602 which backed up to the game room. The noise was very distressful to my Mom. I was told the nurses moved the games to back up to another wall, but that didn't last long.

I was not familiar with the facility, so I went to view it in person before allowing her to go there. I had seen the many poor reviews and spoke honestly about these with the Director and Director of Nursing. They informed me that the facility was under new management from the top down and would appreciate the opportunity to give us a great experience. I am an RN and planned to be very hands on with my mom's care, so since the facility was lovely and very clean with friendly staff everywhere, we made call to stay there. There were a few issues with one CNA that had to be addressed and a couple of not getting the meal she ordered, but everyone was very responsive and made things right. Mandy NP, Shanda the Director and Shawna the DON came through whenever I had questions or issues and my mom loved getting visits from the Chef! Never underestimate the meal choices, quality of food and desserts to boost a patient's morale and give them something to look forward to when working hard to recover. Just don't think you can put someone in a care facility and not be involved, not be there and not show them the love and care they showed you from birth. They deserve that. I would use WellBridge again, for sure. My mom is doing great!!

I worked here for…read morefour months (while still waiting for my 90 day review), and was required to clock in at 2:50pm although I only got paid 8 hours (with no lunch or breaks) from 3-11p. I was also required to stay late several times, once for 4.5 hours, because the next shift called in and there were not enough employees to cover. I was sick with the flu and called into work, as not to get the elderly sick, and was yelled at for waking her up and 9am when I called in. I was also called unreliable and told that "maybe I have a drinking problem" which is not only untrue but slanderous. I showed up on time to work the next day and I was fired, although I'd never received a verbal or written warning on any subject. During my 4 months, 3 people besides me were also fired...
