We we decided to have the exterior of our house painted we wanted to make sure we made the right choice when choosing the company. I have heard so many horror stories about paint jobs. We ultimately chose SUGARCOAT because: 1. They are referred by Rosie on the house. 2. They use Sherman Williams paint. 3. They are a reliable and known company. The company was out to give us a estimate within two days. They were very professional and upfront with the cost and what needed to be done, there was no pressure from Sterling when we told him we had a few other companies coming out for quotes. We ultimately chose this company because we believed they would do the best work. We were so pleased with our house and painting results. Our foreman James and his team of painters were very nice and super clean, had very clean lines between colors and there no drips or messes left, you could tell he's done this for quite sometime. I'm not sure if you are able to request him but I would try. James's team worked so efficiently together they were able to have our taped, power washed, holes/cracks patched up and house painted in incredible timing. This was the best experience! Talk about customer service. The 40 minute response time is real, people! After working on my 4-bedroom home for TWO days, I still can't believe how beautiful and refreshing just walking through the hallways is after just a simple change of color! When I called, I actually got the owner on the phone and he was so knowledgeable about his business. I had an idea of what I wanted, but he really broke down the details for me. I'm just the customer, so how would I know about 'flashing' in paint? He warned me against semigloss because based on the pictures I provided him, matte paint was going to give me the exact look I wanted. I just had a really good feeling about our conversation, he was able to work with me on my quote (you get what you're paying for $$), and I still got amazing service. We are so pleased with the service that we received from James and Jack this afternoon. Having an in-home office requires that all areas of my house are impeccable, and it was kept just that way. Now, the price was a little bit high, but based on the pictures I saw; I could see the quality was worth it. I ended up finding this company on Instagram (@colorcoloradopaintingco) , and followed them just because I loved the finished pictures so much. Very professional and organized painting company. We had our three bedroom / three bathroom (2100 square feet with 14' feet high ceilings) apartment painted by COLOR after our closing finally happened. Since the walkthrough with Sterling we knew we wanted to work with him. Very calm and personal the way he managed everything. Had a great experience with them. Recently had all interior walls painted including closets and trim. Our rep, Sterling, was courteous and prompt with the original estimate. After comparing some estimates, we set up a date. Not a lot of options as summer is a busy time for them, but they offered one that would work for us. Amazingly smoothly. I had purchased the wrong door. William took it back, replaced it, bought necessary hardware, and had it installed same day! Entire house painted in 4 days. Better than new!!
