I have been trying several air brush tanning places to try to get a very light bronze but they still come out very dark. I came here and they do have a light color and was super helpful with directions on what to do after and to maintain it. Really liked the express tan so I could shower soon after! I have had fabulous tans from this location HOWEVER the communication between front desk Tech and customer is brief and sometimes rushed. I was not told that the month package deal would be a monthly membership with an automatic renewal. With a customer or two waiting behind me I quickly signed for payment and the terms, tipped my airbrush tech, and carried on. At the time I was seven and a half months pregnant and only purchased a month package/membership because I had maternity pictures and two formal holiday events to go to. I am a C-section mom on her fourth baby and by no means would I be prepared to Showcase my beautifully tanned body at month 9 (in December) or first month postpartum in recovery let alone months two or three months postpartum. As anyone knows, right before and right after baby are very hectic months. Finally getting our life back together I was reviewing our accounts and doing some accounting when I noticed that sugared and bronzed was automatically deducting me for a monthly membership renewal. I was not being emailed a receipt or a notification each time an automatic deduction occurred. When I called to discuss, and even suggested that the past months just be considered credits for future months instead of refunding cash they said they could absolutely not do that because I signed the terms at the front desk even if they were incorrectly explained to me. Sad to say but my consideration of their business and line of customers ended up hurting me. Take a look at their website the same vague information is there. All it says is monthly membership $39 and it says nothing about automatic renewal. The reality is I wanted a month package for November not an automatically renewed monthly membership. Here's a great solution: allow me to still utilize the months I've already paid for. What's their loss? They haven't previously used product on me. No loss there. They haven't used time and labor on their employees behalf on me. No loss there. and if they allow me to collect the Tans I've already paid for but have not used in upcoming months they gain a continued customer. Not only do they keep this customer but they also gain a positive review. They gain a customer who is going to tell all their friends about this place. I'm a little bit shocked at their unwillingness to even allow me to gather 2 of the 4 months of automatic renewals in credits. Why wouldn't a business want one more happy customer with a gorgeous tan flaunting their services around town? Especially when the customer has honestly paid for those services. Free advertising for them? Instead I feel obligated to post about their incomplete advertising of membership and package details on their website, the employees brief and rushed explanation of terms, and then the hurried predicament I was in to read the terms while another customer was behind me, plus no email confirmation of renewal or text message reminders/receipts... But they definitely email and text about appointment reminders and even the contact information for customer experience (this also cannot be found on the website). Disappointed. read more

Best spray tan I've ever had. The color looks so natural and they do a pretty great job. I also get my bikini sugaring there and LOVE the wax. It's the only wax I've ever used that doesn't give me red bumps for weeks after. Super easy online booking system, however, wish I could actually request specific people to do my wax and tan when I book. I get someone new every time and while everyone has done a pretty great job, there are some who are great to work with. Highly recommend their spray tan for big events, and vacations. read more

I "was" a bronzing virgin and from the generation that believed that any spray tan would result in an overall "orange" glow... However, I was sick of my pasty white legs and figured I would give it a try. S + B was highly recommended to me and I see why. Each time I come in for my spray tan appointment they are so friendly and welcoming asserting that they know what they are doing and base their solution off of your personal skin tone. Most spray tanning places nowadays generalize each skin color into similar categories in which can cause people to be very dark or even turn orange... YIKES! Gladly I have never felt/ looked orange from my spray tans here. The staff is very nice and allows you to do whatever is comfortable for you. I honestly don't see the point in going anywhere else. This was my first time getting a spray tan. I was pretty comfortable when I walked in. They were remodeling so I had to go in through their other shop but that was no big deal. I got the spray tan for my wedding shower and it turned out great! was not sure what to expect but when I looked at the pictures after wards, I looked healthy and the color was just right. My wedding is in July and my follow up appointment is a couple of days before that! Im going to have them go a little darker. But im already looking forward to going back!
