Had a snafu with scheduling, so I was not originally happy with how that was handled. I got an appointment through their website. Showed up at the date/time but was told they did not have it in their system. They seem to be really booked up, so make sure you get a confirmation text, and can prove you scheduled for that time. After about a week longer, I was able to get an appointment and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The esthetician explained the process and asked me questions about my skin, and if I get claustrophobic, which I do. Because of that, she switched up what she was going to do. Apparently one of the treatments is a jelly-like mask that covers your whole face and some people experience anxiety as a result. So, she did something else. I felt glowy and relaxed when I left. They do try to upsell every client, which I'm not a fan of, but they were not super pushy about it. I would go back again. read more

Found this little gem and decided to try a Korean facial for the first time. Scheduling the appointment was super easy, completed my forms online and through my phone so that was convenient, and then communication was fantastic including reminders...which we all need sometimes. Checked in with the patient care coordinator, Lyna, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to spark a conversation with. I was taken back by the Esthetician, Johanna, who explained the process before, during and after my facial to ensure I had the best routine specific to my skin. The Korean facial is a multi-step skincare treatment that gently focuses on deep hydration while repairing your skin's barrier. The goal is healthy skin with a vibrant, "glass skin" glow which is known as the Korean facial. There was several steps to this facial which is specific to your skin and needs, but generally it consists of deep cleaning, gentle exfoliation, a hydrating mask, serums, massage, and then LED therapy. I walked away completely relaxed with my face feeling and looking like a baby's bottom. I highly recommend Johanna when you schedule. Their "hydrafacial" does not use the actual HydraFacial device, and that wasn't made clear upfront. I only realized something was off during the treatment because the suction felt much stronger and there was noticeably more tugging on my skin than I've experienced with real HydraFacials. I did some digging afterward and found the same type of machine they use being sold for $98 at shein (see pics), which made the $200 per session price hard to reconcile. When booking online, you won't see the word "HydraFacial," but inside the spa, that term is used, which feels misleading. I want to be clear that the staff themselves were very sweet and I didn't have a bad experience overall. But when you're paying premium prices and trusting people with your face, transparency is everything. Reading other reviews raised similar trust concerns. read more

I usually get my forehead Botox done every four to five months, and it has always worked really well -- the lines on my forehead would disappear completely. But this time I went here, and the results were really disappointing. I waited a full week to see if it would improve, but it didn't. the office reached out to me after my concerning review and suggested i come in for a follow up visit (this was 5 weeks later). they told me that they always take a more conservative approach for first time customers (which they never mentioned). they said they can always add more but they can't take units away. this statement made me confused because i paid for a certain amount of units. so were they not all administered because they were trying to be conservative? i have no ideal. all i know is that if ive been getting the same amount for the last couple years with the same results and then come here and get results that aren't nearly the same. something's off. so upon their follow up phone call, i scheduled and went in. they showed me my before and after photos. and yes the lines had "softened" but i don't get 40 units in my forehead and 11s for softened. They added what they called a complimentary drop of botox in my forehead and said things should change over the next two weeks. here we are almost two weeks out again and it's the same as it was before the drop of botox was added. i have movement and wrinkle in my forehead and 11s. i appreciate the follow up phone call and them trying to make things right but i also want results and unfortunately after this, i won't be coming back. read more

I was really looking forward to trying them out from finding them through one of their instagram specials. I'm a super busy mom and never take time for myself. Booked it, got a babysitter and went for my appointment today. I get there and she said she doesn't see me in the system. She tells me to take a seat, 10 minutes later the front desk girl says "sorry there's nothing g we can do, our marketing company messed up". So even though I have a confirmation email, calendar invite and text, somehow I'm not in the system? Make it make sense. Absolutely wild. They offered me an "extra 15 minutes on the next appointment" for the inconvenience. To me, that's a poor customer service remediation. I even paid a deposit to hold my spot. The new owner is awesome! I have never had someone care so much about my results. She is very hands on and you can tell everyone here really cares. I started with just botox, but now have done bio Repeel, microchanneling, microdermabrasion, and about to start micro needling. Others have commented on noticing my skin improvement and say my pores look much smaller. I didn't think others would notice something so small, but it goes to show how much improvement Ive seen!
