I have a little feedback from my latest experience at Ulta...No one greeted me when I got into the store, or offered any help. I think that is definitely something that's lacking at most Ultas that I've been to. I'd love a little bit more help and support when navigating all the different aisles and options. Also, a lot of of the products were either out of stock or even there was a lack of testers. Something that was kind of disappointing to me was that their birthday gift selection was not very good. It was mostly just face lotion. I know the store itself doesn't have much say over this, but feedback to Ulta as a whole, it would be nice to see some small products that are popular or things that they're trying to promote. I know they get enough supplies to be able to offer that. Maybe one day even a full-size product. Just a little feedback. read more

Beware! This is not a benefit brow bar anymore! They still have signs making it seem like it is. The tech didn't map my brows and even though I asked to leave fuller she literally took off half of one of them I was in shock! She didn't even own the mistake. When I called the manager to ask for a refund they were incredibly rude and not helpful or apologetic. It was shocking! read more

Located next door to TJ MAXX , home goods, and Citibank this location is a gem! Literally a one stop shop. I came looking for a Clinique item for my mom, and was super grateful I was able to connect with one of their skin care specialists. Not only did she help me find what i was looking for, but specifically for my mom's needs as well. The girls here went above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. I left with my Gucci fragrances for travel i was lucky to find. And great skincare for my mom's needs. 10/10 will be back. read more

Horrible customer service I got shut down and passed to another employee for asking a question the manager didn't even look at me as I said excuse me she pointed rudely to a worker there as if saying don't talk to me she can help you, I don't care what title position you are, Customer service is always first human decency as a matter of fact I think I deserve I felt unwanted unwelcome and judged , in a regular customer and the service here is just terrible. read more

Mehhhh! I feel like the staff here are super rude. Apparently curbside pickup doesn't work however you are prompted to use it. Once you go in the store you stand there while 3 girls are checking out customers, while not being acknowledged (until you rudely interrupt and let them know you're there for a pickup order). Idk- having worked in the service industry while in college I must have a high expectation when it comes to customer service. Olivia (@microbangcentral on Instagram!) has never once done my hair dirty. I've been seeing her for 4 months and every time she knows exactly what to do. She's never afraid to do bold colors and makes me feel extremely comfortable. Even when my inspiration pic is a colorful beetle she doesn't bat an eye and delivers!! I've never been more happy with my hair done by a stylist. I've had a lot of bad salon cuts and colors, but she nails it very time and never makes me second guess myself. Some hairdressers try and push you to change your mind and if anything Olivia directly counters that by ENCOURAGING my "wacky" desires. I went to TJ Maxx and spent like $200 with my friend she was behind me in the checkout and so I went outside to wait for her. The whole reason we had come to the plaza was to go to Ulta so rather than wait outside with my bags, I decided to mosey on into the Ulta store and just check it out, thinking they probably have people all the time who comes straight from TJ Maxx into their store.. I was in there for maybe two minutes, did one small lap through an aisle or two didn't touch a single product on the shelves. By the time that I had made it back to the front, my friend was done checking out at TJ max and found me in the store. So I'm thinking okay let's put our stuff in the car and start shopping but on our way out Blanca stopped us- apparently thinking we stole something? It was pretty embarrassing considering she made a whole scene of it in front of a long line of customers and everyone was watching. I had to ask her about 8 times for her name, the first seven she blatantly ignored me. That's the only reason I'm writing this review. I don't think that she should have been so confrontational and then not offer any sort of apology when she was wrong- she at least didn't have to blatantly ignored my question seven times. I had to pretty much follow her back up to the register asking very politely repeatedly the same question. If she had just responded and apologized the first time, I would have completely understood that maybe it looked suspicious that I had my large bags with me. It didn't seem right that she be dismissive to me after she realized she was wrong. I still am a paying customer afterall! It's taking quite a bit of restraint for me not to blow all the rest of the money I have in my back account here right now in a pretty women type tantrum. I shouldn't have to feel like I need to prove that I've got the money to shop here. I will however, go back in and give her a chance to redeem herself, in which case I'll gladly change my review and my disappointment in this store location. Well, nothing new from Blanca except for more following me around however, Daniellle was just a doll. Shopping for make up is out of my comfort zone as I am not very knowledgeable outside of the basics. Here comes Maya to the rescue, spending an hour with me patiently color matching and basically doing my make-up as well as teaching me application in the process. She compared different coverages as well as blushes and contour, and I am so grateful for her help! I could have gone to Target, but I would have likely been lost and unhappy with my purchases. Kakae, a Clinique Associate at this Ulta, took the time to find absolutely every item that I'd hoped to find when I entered the store. Amazing! After finding several items in the Clinique line that matched up, she looked through other makeup lines to find exactly the product and color I needed, one by one. She did not waste my time, and try to sell me any other products. Or try to sell me items that didn't quite match what I was looking for, just to be done with the search. Exceptional service!! Let me just prepare you guys... I found Rachael here at Ulta and when I say she saved my life she saved my life. I went to a nail and hair salon which was my first wrong doing to get my hair colored brown with blonde highlights around my face. This simply request turned into a disaster. I am completely panicking at this point trying to find some one to get rid of the evidence. Here at the Ulta I found this amazing stylist Rachael who made my hair look amazing. She truly is good at what she does and if it wasn't for her I'd still look like a skunk. I don't know why they only have 3 stars. If I can't find the cosmetic's online I will usually call here. I've been coming to this location a lot. There's one by my house but i prefer here and I think it's one of the better Ulta locations. I've always received good service when I ask an employee about a product or they will check in the back for me if it's not on the shelf. Hit or miss. My color is a bit hard to get in-stock but just keep checking with them. Great store and it's always fun to go to Ulta. I never leave without buying something! read more

I came in today to get a new foundation after the one I've been wearing for yearssss was reformulated & caused my skin to have a melt down. Marie was SO helpful! She matched my foundation so quickly, she's so personable & sweet, & when we realized my perfect match was out of stock in store AND online she made me a sample so I wouldn't have to go to this concert ugly lol.
