I've been seeing her for my Brazilian waxes, and somehow she manages to make an experience that involves hot wax and pain feel like catching up with a friend. The entire appointment flies by because we're busy talking about life, relationships, and whatever random chaos I've gotten myself into that week. What really sets her apart is how thorough she is. She doesn't just slap on some wax and call it a day. She takes her time, gets every nook and cranny, and will even break out the tweezers for those stubborn little hairs that refuse to cooperate. The attention to detail is unmatched. She's also taught me so much about preventing ingrown hairs, which has been a total game changer. I leave every appointment smoother and more educated than when I walked in. Most importantly, I've never felt awkward with her. At this point, I feel more comfortable talking to Desiree than I do at some doctor's appointments. I discovered this place by work and I wanted to try it out as I was desperate for a Brazilian. Natasha helped me and she was very kind, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. They do it differently here than most waxing spots. When I walked into the room they have a gentle cleansing wipe for you to clean up and then they give you time to get settled in. I love their low-light ambient in the waxing rooms, their non-crinkly paper, and their non-toxic waxes. The whole experience was eventful. Natasha made it pain free and breezy. They use hard wax here for Brazilians so it allows a more seamless removal than soft wax. I definitely feel silky smooth! They also have a great line of products at the salon. I picked up the serum with chemical exfoliate to help prevent ingrown hairs. When you leave they give you a nice exfoliating glove as well which is a nice extra touch! read more

first off, service from Elizabeth was five star.her demeanor was warm, welcoming & kind. she even got me a cup of water mid-service as i was very thirsty. i can also attest to the comfort & aesthetics of their facility, idk what i was more pleased with, the elevated presentation of their restrooms or the soft & non-crinkley sanitary paper that you lay on for service! i hate laying down on some loud-ass crinkley rolled out paper like i'm about to get a pap smear.. scary! i did have a couple straggler hairs but it's impossible to get everything. thank you again to Elizabeth who was professional, competent & quick with my service of underarms & lower legs!! i will likely return! read more

The most concerning is that if you have any "vouchers" (i.e., already paid for a service for the month), then upon cancellation of your membership that "voucher" is voided and Bare will not reimburse you. So, they charge you the amount of a full service at the beginning of the month and if you cancel a few days later, they will not let you use that voucher, nor will they reimburse you for the amount you've already paid. read more

Ask for Brie/Bree.....I am 52 years old and this was my first bikini wax. I will drive an hour to this place to get waxed. They do not compare to any other waxing salon I have ever been too, and trust me, I've been traumatized by European wax salon and other places. Everyone here is so incredibly amazing, and make every waxing experience a 10/10. They are quick, efficient and get the job done every single time! Everything is very clean, sterilized, and the rooms have a much more inviting experience with much more comfortable lighting (looking at you European Wax Center with your stage lights....) Waxing is painful, but every esthetician I have been with at this location have made my experience much better with great technique and lots of distractions!
