She is working in a new location on the second floor of the building, so she doesn't have her trademarks up yet. Her corner room is light, clean, and decorated cute. Since I was combining services, I received the Yelp discount 20% off eyelashes ($100) and Brazilian ($50). Eyebrows were $20. This is a fantastic price for SF. I asked for a full set of eyelash extensions. She did them at least a half hr faster than my prior girl. She worked quickly without sacrificing quality! I LOVE THEM! I asked for natural and she gave me exactly that while still making a noticeable, beautiful difference. My lashes look nicer and feel lighter than last time, too! She even wrote down what she used so when I move away from SF I can pass along to my future stylist. Brazilian sugaring: Will never go back to waxing after this! Hurts way less. Amy is incredibly thorough! Sometimes prior aestheticians make things awkward by trying to protect your modesty. I've been going to Amy for sugaring now for over a year- I followed her from her old place at Brown and White Beauty. I've tried a few other places for sugaring in the city and I don't plan on going back to any of them after finding Amy. She's *very* detail-oriented- she makes sure to get off every last hair and goes back in with tweezers if she needs to. She's very knowledgeable and will give you helpful tips based on your skin needs to keep your skin looking it's best- my legs are definitely a lot smoother and brighter thanks to her. I felt comfortable enough to try my first Brazilian after going to her a few times and while it was still painful she was able to make me feel relaxed by talking to me and going through some breathing exercises which were surprisingly very useful for relieving some of the pain. My hair grows in so much thinner now from the sugaring than when I used to shave or even wax so I don't need to come in as often but even when I come in with short hairs she's still able to remove them- with waxing, I'd be asked to come back after another week. I will give them 0 stars if possible for their customer support. I made an appointment in the one located in Walnut Creek, I was not able to make it because BART was running late. I had told them I had a groupon when I book my appointment but I did not provide them my voucher number, can you believe they charge it because of the no show even after I told them I wanted to cancel because I was unable to make it!
