I'm not sure if it's because they've built a loyal clientele or something else, but the attention to detail just isn't what it used to be. She's got music in the waiting area and always relaxing or throwback music which I appreciate! There's a bathroom in the waiting area you can use. Definitely ask her questions if you have any. That lady took her time, which was fine because I wasn't in a rush. After explaining what I want, I think the haircut took roughly 20 minutes. So I spent nearly half an hour at the salon. The haircut turned out okay. Not the best I've had, but it works. I was able to take some decent photos of myself at Mission Creek (across Oracle Park) the day after.
