It literally was slightly less than one year after it was emailed to me. She said she would make an exception but no exception should have been needed. I had some unexpected guests show up for the holiday weekend and I debated cancelling this next appointment but she books out far and doesn't have great hours. So I showed up to my second appointment AFTER I confirmed two days before and received MULTIPLE reminders day-of. Doors are locked and lights were off. I waited around for 30 minutes and finally had to leave. Two hours later, I get a text that there was a family emergency and she would like to rebook and I haven't heard from her since.
