I just wanted to get back into a hair removal routine before my summer wedding. As it turns out, Jill helped me with so much more. I have very sensitive, reactive skin and the desert heat was killing me. I was afraid I'd be walking down the aisle with red blotchy skin. Jill listened to my concerns, asked some questions, and gave me advise and sample products that, like I said, have transformed my skin. My skin was calm and clear on my wedding day and I have Jill to thank. She is so knowledgable about skin care. Moreover, she is such a kind, interesting and intelligent person. Indulge Salon still earned five-stars from me - but Jewel was really the reason my experience was so wonderful. Jewel exceeded my expectations when I arrived for my appointment. She was on time and I really liked the pleasant surroundings both in the salon and in her private area at the back. Her products were top of the line! The European facial I received was a French line of items that she also sells (but she's not pushy with the sales at all). The facial was relaxing and rejuvenating; both for my face and for my mind. I left feeling cleaner and prettier, and it was noticeable for days after. My immediate thought at the finish was how many people would love to experience this treatment. Facials can be good, or they can be bad. Jewel's was awesome. Treat yourself; treat your wife; treat your dad. She's down-to-earth, personable, and likeable. Most importantly, she's very informative and thorough about her whole process. I can tell she knows (and loves) what she's doing and takes care with each of her clients. I've struggled with KP my entire life and Nichole even gave me great tips on things I could try to help with that. Love this place and I'm glad I was referred here! With easing restrictions on COVID, Nichole is staying on top of sanitation procedures which is relieving to see.

Ignored my request to not touch my feet as I need surgery on them for stretched ligaments. The masseuse grabbed me by my ankles and feet to manipulate my whole leg. My nerves in my feet have been buzzing ever since, so thanks for that. Not like I need them to walk or anything. It felt like she was trying to manipulate my bones instead of just rubbing my muscles like I wanted. (more like amateur physical therapy). She didn't seem to notice things like flinching and "Ow!" I'll never go back. The people were very friendly (which is why I'm not "naming names"), but I'm not letting them touch me again. And I'll warn all the people I know about it. Ignoring medical requests is DANGEROUS. EDIT: I would've rated 3, but after reading the owner's responses, I'm even more disappointed.

She talked to me about the picture and the process, and showed me color swatches to see how light I wanted to go before she did anything. For the consultation, cut, balayage, and styling it took close to three hours. (A welcome vacation from packing with a toddler!) Valerie nailed the cut! She got the exact length I was looking for, and worked some magic on the side-swept bangs I had cut for myself. The balayage looks great too! I'm so happy, and I know I'll be coming back next time! Valerie also sells beautiful fresh cut flowers on Friday and Saturday, and has an adorable boutique downstairs! It's a quaint spot, and the service was excellent!
