I had used another space, but my conference calls were a distraction for other people; Paradigm offers lots of little nooks and crannies to hide away in, and sound is muffled. The management is AMAZING! The owner is on-site everyday, and she is really trying to build a community, not just a library. Coffee is on-site, as well as snacks and sodas; it's a great way to feel connected to other office workers, while maintaining the independence of remote work. Only two downsides, and both of them are consequences of location; it's great to have a space like this well outside the city of Atlanta, but Internet accessibility is limited. Speeds are good, but not great. Additionally, the building itself is about 2 miles from the Interstate, so traffic can sometimes be an issue. Overall though, I'm VERY satisfied with Paradigm.

Plenty of ports if presentations are necessary for business purposes. Personally, I utilize two cellular devices opposed to desktops and laptops as preferred remote access to workstations --one dedicated to work apps, cloud access, and secure authentication, and one for personal calls and messaging--reduces the urge to carry printed documents or multiple storage devices because everything you need can live in the work phone's cloud-synced apps and secure folders.

It's a beautiful, and very large space located right in Cumming City Center. They offer a ton of office space for rent and general lobby seating for day passes with lots of tables, chairs and couches to choose from. It's a very modern aesthetic and feels super clean with a ton of natural light through large, tall windows. It was quiet with only a few other coworkers there in the lobby. They also offer phone booths if you need to take a call, and meeting rooms for hourly rent if you are looking to host a meeting with a larger group. Every space is decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. They even have a kitchen area available for day pass guests and members to use and grab some coffee or a soft drink, or to have a quick snack. During lunch time there's an option to pick from 4 to 5 places and instead of just handing you a bag of takeout they actually place the food on plates and a beautiful wooden tray. And I'm talking ALL the latest meeting toys such as a smart white board that can download your scribbles to your laptop, free wi-fi, flat screen TVs where you can show your slide shows... etcetera . What a nice alternative for small business meetings in a much less stuffy setting than a hotel meeting room. Very hip and modern. In a year or two, I think all the cool kids will be meeting here.
