Best Bride was, and so even though we didn't have an appointment, we drove over to see if they could accommodate us. From the moment we walked in, the difference was like night and day. We were warmly greeted and when we explained what happened, they told us they'd do whatever they could to take care of us. Even though they were busy with some other appointments, they made us feel special and welcome. It was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end, and I found quite a few dresses that I am now considering. The owners are incredibly friendly and will give you exactly the kind of experience that you would hope to have. High, high marks. Buying a wedding dress can be a very draining and overwhelming experience, but with her we had FUN! We pulled multiple dresses and she was there every step of the way to point out what was special about each dress. I left that day without buying anything and went to another appointment, but I couldn't stop thinking about that dang Stella York. I came back and sealed the deal! The time rolled around for alterations and they were getting settled in their new location. It is gorgeous!!! The bridal showroom is out of this world. I got my alterations done by Judy Bishop via WI. She did a great job and even went above and beyond to clean the dress for me since it was a sample dress. As well as being a bride I am a professional vocalist for a local entertainment band called Royal Suits. We sometimes have high profile gigs and I needed to find a special occasions dress that would really "wow" my audiences. Brittany was such a great host and she was patient as I tried on about 20 dresses (no, seriously). She has extensive knowledge of the alterations process and she was able to tell me what could be done to my dress in order to make it that much more stunning. I want to mention the sale rack! My word! They always have a changing display of discontinued items priced anywhere from $15-50! My friend that was shopping with me bought 2 $15 dresses on a whim and she was very happy about the find. I would recommend this shop to any and every one. The level of professionalism, selection, and knowledge of wedding dresses and special occasion pieces is unmatched. The service was everything you could hope for. They make you feel beautiful and work with you on every need and want. I can't wait to have another reason to shop here again!
