I'm sitting here finishing up my food and I couldn't wait to give a review! We honestly stumbled in as a joke because we liked the name. The interior is beautiful! Much nicer than we had anticipated. We came around 1pm on a Saturday and we were seated quickly. Our server was very sweet. We ordered 2 lunch + appetizer combo's. I got spring roll + drunken noodles. The spring roll is so unique with the sprouts. The peanut sauce was to die for and we had to ask for some sauce to go! My noodles were fresh and springy and there was soo much flavor! My friend ordered the spring roll + pa-rham. Chicken drenched in what we believe is a warmed version of the peanut sauce and we were in heaven. We ordered 2 Thai teas to go and this is the biggest cup of Thai tea I've ever gotten. Overall I give this place 10/10 don't miss out! read more

The food definitely had authentic taste, the service was very good and the waitresses are very gentle. We'll be back. Authentic Thai food and one of the best I've had in the Bay Area. I was honestly so shocked and impressed at how good everything tasted and at a very reasonable price. We came for lunch and had the lunch special combo. Tofu Pad see ew (extra sauce which I personally think makes a huge difference because I love the flavor) + tofu coconut soup, the pork pad Thai + crab Rangoon, and the Thai ice tea. We were in town for strawberry picking and our lunch was so good we honestly considered going back for dinner the same day. We didn't do it because of the drive (which really wasn't bad, about 15 min into town, but we were tired). Anytime we are In Watsonville, we'll be here AND will probably order extra Pad See Ew to go for a future meal. read more

The only Thai place to go to in Santa Cruz county. I'm from LA and no one beats Thai food like Thai Town, but this comes sort of close enough for street food. They can get pretty close to the spice level like I've had in Thailand. The price is good and the food is consistently tasty. read more

I've got to say this is hands down one of my favorite places here in Watsonville. Every time I have the Pineapple Rice with pork it's amazing ! The service is always 100% good! I have to give thanks to Ramon for taking care of us when we're dining in. It's a very nice and calm space so I always feel comfortable going. If you're looking for Thai food in Santa Cruz County, this is honestly the best I've had. And I'm pretty sure I've tried almost all of them! Daayuumm. This place. I just moved back from Portland, where I worked at an authentic thai restaurant and I didn't think I would find anything even comparable unless I went to thailand. But I saw this place on Doordash and I thought I'd go for it. SO glad I did! The Pad Ped with Chicken was perfectly spiced, saucy and satisfying. Paired with a side of sticky rice and it was perfect! My mom ordered the Woon Sen noodles which were delicious as well. The only thing I probably would skip next time was the Tom Yum. Tasty, but sweet and light on the galangal/kaffir lime making it more of a sweet and sour soup than what I was hoping for. Many of the flavors were robust and the menu is promising. I will be back for the Larb and Beef Salad! And probably (definitely) the Pad Ped! Check this place out, it's worth the time and money! read more

I don't write a lot of yelp reviews but I really felt like I had to. If I'm being honest, I had low expectations, but I was completely blown away. This was one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever been to. We ordered the spring rolls, green papaya salad, drunken noodles, yellow curry, and mango sticky rice. Very good Thai food with a wide range of options - including vegan and vegetarian choices. We ordered take-out including spring rolls, two curry dishes with tofu/chicken, Pad Thai with shrimp, fried rice with chicken, and Chow Mien with tofu. The stand out dishes were the curry dishes - Massaman and Yellow curry. They were full of fresh vegetables and protein, and were very flavorful. The noodle dishes were very good. I was hesitant to order shrimp because I thought it would get over cooked through the take-out process (e.g., waiting for pick-up, transport), but they were well cooked and delicious. We have also eaten in the dining room (before take-out only). The ambiance is beautiful and comfortable. It is deceiving from the outside because the restaurant is in a strip mall. But when you step inside, you are transported to a very welcoming environment with beautiful decor. read more

Placed a to-go order with Sukhothai for our team lunch, and the lady on the phone was incredibly patient with me, despite several members of the team listing items to order that wasn't even on the menu! Despite the back and forth while on the phone trying to get my fellow colleagues to order stuff that was actually on the menu, the lady on the other end never once complained or grew impatient with me. For my order, I ordered the Eggplant Shrimp, which was pretty decently sized and fairly delicious. So far, I've only found a handful of good dining establishments in Watsonville, and Sukhothai is definitely one of them! This place is so, so good! We used to go regularly in the before times, and now we get takeout on the regular, because we need this place to stay open! Tom Kha is excellent. Everything is great. The pumpkin curry is really special. I mostly have this with my (natal) family, but I need to get it more often when it's just my spouse and I. I came here and dined in. The pad thai had a distinct and unique flavor that was very impressive. The pineapple fried rice was the perfect combination with the noodles and they prepared it vegan for me which was wonderful. I asked for extra tofu (the fried tofu here is incredible) and it was only one dollar extra. It filled me up and it was so delicious I can't wait to come back. We were in the area and were practically starving, so we decided to check out this restaurant. First of all, the interior of this restaurant was gorgeous - it was clean, neat, tidy and there were these beautiful ramps that went almost across the restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly staff upon arrival and were seated almost immediately. The menu offered lunch special (26 items under lunch special, wow!) even on the weekends. We went with Pad Ped with chicken and yellow curry with chicken. The lunch special plate came with rice and a side salad. The side salad was delicious with Thai style peanut dressing. My chicken pad ped was quite delicious too - there were so many veggies, but the dish remained extremely flavorful. The yellow curry was a little under-seasoned if I could be honest, but it was still delicious - really creamy and savory from the use of coconut cream. Each lunch plate was under $9.
