So I awkwardly asked her to do it and she half assed it for about 2 mins. As I've said in my other reviews, I get pedicures mainly for the massage. I am always on my feet waitressing/bartending as my second job. I need to relax and someone to work on my extremely sore feet. I usually don't do this, but being that I was paying A LOT for this pedicure, I went to the manager and spoke to him and he sincerely apologized, he told me to ask for him next time and he will take better care of me. He said this isn't the first complaint he's gotten about the girl. I wish he would've at least taken a little off but it's whatever. Now I've been back a few times and I have never left disappointed. I haven't seen that girl since. They are a little more pricey than most, but overall do a good job. Place is very clean and all of the nail technicians are nice! I love the way they do gel manicures. They shape the nail nicely and take their time. Make sure to make an appointment though. They seem to get quite busy!! (I still don't agree that any of the products they use for the "upgrade pedicures" is worth it. If you look up the brand and type of spa you're getting you will be absolutely shocked to see how much they pay for it, it's disgustingly cheap)

I live in Walden and rarely go to Montgomery, but when I went I was greeted with a hug and seated. I went for a shampoo, cut and styled. I have thin hair and the owner is very good at making my hair look fuller. The only drawback for me was the stairs since I am older the stairs were difficult for me. Additionally, the handrail on the stairs seemed wobbly and it felt unsafe. I hope the building owner has fixed this by now. I am handicapped and there were no handicapped parking areas that we could find.
