On the day of my appointment I was greeted offered coffee or water and seen in a reasonable amount of time. Raven was fantastic from the scalp massage while she washed my hair all the way through the blow out at the end. She listened to my concerns and told me exactly what she wanted to do. I waited a few days to write my review because I leave the salon blown out straight and of course looking fabulous but for me the true test is a day or two later when I do my own hair and wear it curly.
