Me and my mother went here last year, I came in for a cleaning and was told i needed to come back…read morefor 2 fillings so i did. as im getting these filled they tell me i actually need 4 extra on the other side of my mouth which i thought was weird because they always have told me all the fills i need during a cleaning appointment but i ignored it and setup another filling. we pre paid online for ALL of the fillings. during that appointment i get 1 filled and they said right after i should actually be good and to just keep an eye on the rest. refused to refund me for the fillings they never filled. My mom went in for a cleaning same day as me and also had to come back for fillings. she got them filled and everything was fine but after my experience i told her we NEEDED to switch. just had a dentist appointment today at a different office (burton dental AMAZING place i 100% suggest) and they told my mom she now needs a root canal on that exact tooth because they didn't take out the rotted part properly and just filled right over it! we are now 1,000 down because she now needs an entire operation when we went to avoid this exact issue. needless to say do not go to this office, the staff is nice but the work is terrible. if you wanna spend more money than you got and never get it back be my guest! we are contacting lawyers because of this.

She told my wife she needed 5 fillings as well. My wife came back first, Parks drilled to deep. told my wife if the tooth hurt tto bad she would have to file it down. She was in horid oain the next day. Dr. Parkd filed on her tooth and said lets see how that works. The next day I took her to another Dentist that said she needed a root canal and had no idea why Parks filled it. The tooth was pulled. I cancelled my appointment waited 6 monthe we went to the new dentist. I didnt tell him about Parks and he found nothing wrong.

Filled out the paperwork and only waited 10 minutes before being taken to the dentist chair. The dental assistant came in and was just as warm and friendly. She made me very comfortable and at ease with her calm demeanor and compliments of the Dr. In came Dr. Aftab and it became very clear why everyone was so happy in the office. A gentle soul with an instant calming effect. He was very down-to-earth and seemed genuinely happy to have me in his office. Don't take them at their word for appointments or financing. I've had two jaw dropping (pun intended) experiences. Two or three years ago I had an appointment at 5:00 pm, at 5:30 I asked if they knew I was there and the receptionist asked me my name which I had given upon arriving . She went to check and when she came back she said they had another lady with the same name already in the chair. She checked to see whose appointment it was and it was, indeed mine. Then she preceded to tell me I'd have to reschedule. I felt they should have stayed late and taken me after the other woman, after all it was their fault. Just exactly how they did that when they call the day before, sounds fishy to me. The second time was in March of this year (2026). I need some new teeth and he had me make an appointment back in January and gave me a price. We worked out a payment plan and I came back on my scheduled day . They took the scans and everything seemed fine until I got to the desk and asked how much for my first payment. The girl looked up and to my surprise she said they weren't taking payments. I explained we had worked out a payment plan.They know me well so I asked why she didn't call me and she said they didn't know until that morning that they weren't taking payments anymore.I told her I couldn't hand over the half down so it was a no go. I was upset to say the least. After I got home I realized I didn't tell them not to send in the scans so I called them. After telling her to tell the dentist not to send in the scans I asked her if I could ask her a question and she said "yes". I asked her again why she didn't call me before my appointment and she said " we didn't know until right before you came in". I didn't say anything but I was just thinking , "get your story straight" .

Really nice staff, but the dentist will not listen to you and rather throw his arms around like a…read moresmall child when he talks, then speak face-to-face with his patients about proper procedures and concerns. He will ignore all your charts and paperwork as he repeatedly asks the same questions he should already know the answer to. He doesn't care or believe about the pain you're in, even when they cause it during a procedure, because they didn't numb you enough even after being warned. He will partially diagnose a problem, then refuse to give you any medication for it or any for the discomfort they have caused beyond a two-day supply because he's too lazy to file a report. If you need proper care that goes beyond basic needs, find somewhere else. Because this dentist lacks the proper experience and compassion for his clients and is not sure how this guy has a license when he's performing dental negligence, it's a shame when the dental assistant is more professional and knowledgeable than the actual dentist who's been scraping by for the past 30 years.
